What follows is a session that was originally meant to be in my Soul Awakening course.
This is on the area of the global awakening and how it relates to our own individual awakening,
Otherwise known as the ascension process.

Ascension is a word to describe the great awakening that is occurring across the planet during these times.
It is a time that has been prophesied since the dawn of time.
Ascension is said to be the global awakening of a species once it reaches a saturation point.
This is sometimes called the tipping point,
The point in evolution of consciousness where it ascends in frequency to a new dimensional awareness.
There are many ways of looking at this.
Some speak of the dimensional shift upwards from third,
Fourth to fifth dimensional awareness.
Others speak of it in terms of ages,
Such as the Aquarian Age.
Most cultures across the world speak of a time where humanity will evolve in consciousness and we as a collective will move into a higher state of being.
That time is now.
It may not be apparent when you look out into the world,
Yet all of what is occurring is necessary to bring what is hidden to the surface.
When you understand your own healing journey,
It becomes a powerful way of understanding outer reality.
Within the personal healing journey,
When something emerges,
We see it,
Then we meet it,
We resolve our relationship to it,
It integrates within us and we evolve.
Much is the same for our journey as a collective.
Ascension is also seen as the unification of polarized consciousness.
This is the journey towards embodying unity consciousness.
As strange as it may seem,
Ascension is also a process of descension.
I used to believe ascension was a process of elevating in consciousness till I come out of my body.
I saw the ascension as being one where I would float around as a being of light.
And this is indeed what happened.
For a long time I lived outside of my body,
Rejecting the physical plane,
Experiencing a lot of challenges that came along with that.
Yet over time I began to see ascension in a different way.
Ascension is also an embodiment of spirit into the body.
In other words,
A descension of more of your higher self into your physical form.
This may initially not seem as exciting as you begin this process,
Yet the rewards are incredibly magical.
As more of your higher self,
Your higher consciousness,
Descends into form,
You become more aware.
The same reality that you lived before becomes completely different.
You realize that the phrase heaven is on earth,
It's not just a phrase.
As you awaken more of your consciousness here,
You begin to access the mystical reality that pervades all of this plane,
Hidden behind the scenes until each soul is ready.
Here synchronicity,
Miracles,
And what we call magic,
Becomes a common stance occurrence of your reality.
These are still just byproducts of something even more remarkable,
A reality that lifts the veil between the physical and the spiritual.
Ultimately we are all moving towards this golden age of consciousness,
Yet it is important to realize that this golden age may not meet our imagined ideas of what that may look like.
The universe has a habit of surprising us along the way,
And in a way it would be impossible for us to comprehend from our current level of consciousness without being biased with our predictions.
And so if we look at this more from an energetic level,
The golden age has already begun,
And it began with a conscious collective decision to disarm our conflict consciousness and choose a higher path.
Conflict consciousness is essentially polarized consciousness,
A seduction of polarizing to an extreme which creates enemy of the polar opposite.
Our belief systems have been anchored within polarity consciousness,
Otherwise known as duality consciousness,
For eons,
Yet we have been given the tools,
The keys,
The insights to open the doorways into unity consciousness,
A limitless field of possibility,
Potential,
Compassion,
Evolution,
Awareness,
And spiritual connection.
Humanity's journey is a powerful,
Challenging,
Incredibly rewarding voyage.
It is a descent through the dimensions to experience physical life with a veil of forgetfulness.
It involves forgetting your incredibly beautiful true nature as an infinite being.
This is a journey of discovering how to see reality in different ways to support you in awakening your own inner love,
Wisdom,
Support,
And compassion.
It can help strengthen your spiritual connection and open your eyes to a far greater reality that is always within your reach.
