Welcome to this space,

A space of stillness,

A space of surrender,

Of silence.

This is your moment to let go,

To rest,

And to come home to yourself.

As you lie down,

Allow your body to settle and feel the support of the surface beneath you.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and exhale softly.

Let each breath guide you inward.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe out all the weight of the day,

And with every breath,

Give yourself permission to slow down,

To surrender.

Bring your awareness to your feet and allow them to relax.

Move upward to your legs.

Relax your legs,

Your hips.

Allow everything to soften.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Soften your jaw and release all tension from your forehead.

Let there be no tension anywhere in the body.

There is no emotion you need to hold.

Let your body rest as it is.

Just let go.

And if you've been holding on to anything from today,

Any stress,

Any words left unsaid,

Or any weight on your chest,

Now's the time to release it.

Whisper gently in your heart of what I cannot control and let go of what I cannot control.

And I release.

I release what no longer serves me.

I forgive.

I release.

And I'm free.

Now see yourself as a soft,

Glowing light,

Being of light.

You are not your thoughts.

You are not the stories in your mind.

You are peace.

You are presence.

Flow gently in this stillness,

In this ocean of silence.

Being in this ocean is like being on the lap of God.

Flow gently in this divine ocean of love.

You are held.

You are safe.

And you are taken care of.

So let yourself drift now in the arms of stillness into the silence of your being.

You're loved.
