Quite often,

We look at this world and we see there are a lot of brothers and sisters who are suffering,

Whether there is a war in their country,

Or if there is a natural calamity,

Or they have been displaced from their home,

There are people who have lost their loved ones.

A lot of things are happening around the globe,

Which is causing a lot of suffering to our brothers and sisters across.

But what can we do for our larger family across the globe?

Quite often,

We are so entangled in our own stories of the mind,

Our own past,

Our own future,

Our own pursuits that we miss out on taking out time to be a sense of support for the ones who are hurting,

For the ones who are suffering.

In this meditation,

We will offer our contribution to all those souls using prayer and using the power of blessings.

So get yourself into a comfortable position,

Something that feels supportive,

And make sure there is no tension in any part of your body.

So let your whole body be at ease.

So let's begin by bringing our awareness to the breath.

The breath can function as a very useful anchor to bring our attention to this moment.

Just simply observe the breath going in and coming out.

Don't try to change the breath,

Just simply observe.

If your mind wanders,

Very gently,

Very lovingly,

Bring it back to the breath,

And now on your screen of your mind,

Emerge Mother Earth.

And as you observe Mother Earth,

See it with that recognition,

With the regard,

With the gratitude of the sustenance she has provided.

It is because of this Mother we are able to express ourselves in this form,

Thanking Mother Earth from our heart and emerge all the beings on this planet,

Beings in all forms,

Especially all the beings who are suffering.

And we create this space,

And we use this space to share vibrations of peace,

Of safety,

Of love.

May all beings feel safe.

May all beings feel a deep sense of peace.

May all beings have their basic needs of the body covered.

May all beings feel supported,

Find comfort and grace.

May all beings be free from suffering.

May our love reach every corner of this world.

May all be protected,

May all be safe,

May all be happy.
