Welcome to this space of silence.

This is your time to return to yourself.

We will use this space to reconnect with the stillness which is always within.

Sit comfortably and let your spine rise and be straight and allow your body to relax and soften.

Allow your hands to rest gently and close your eyes.

Begin by observing the breath.

Just observe as it is.

Let go of any tension,

Any stress,

Any rush.

In this moment,

Nothing else matters.

As I breathe,

I allow my attention to gently turn inward,

Just like a tortoise draws into its shell.

I withdraw from the outer world into the sanctuary within.

I ask myself gently,

Who am I?

I am not these anxious thoughts.

I am not this restlessness of the mind.

I am not the fear of the future who sees all this.

I am a soul,

The eternal being of light by any of these thoughts.

Let this awareness expand like a quiet sunrise spreading across the sky.

I am peace and I am safe.

If any anxious feelings arise,

Just observe them.

Thoughts may come,

But I realize that these thoughts are coming from the past patterns.

I am not these thoughts.

I am the peaceful being,

The powerful being behind the thoughts,

The still observer.

I am a child of God,

The loving source,

The eternal being of light,

The ocean of peace.

So I too,

Being the child of God,

Is an ocean of peace and calm.

This remembrance of who I am and whom do I belong to fills me,

Heals me,

Soothing every part of me and taken care of directly by the source.

Everything is unfolding in divine order to these anxious thoughts because I remember who I am.

I am the eternal being of light,

Calm,

Peaceful and free.

With every breath I return to the peace that is my true nature and I trust that whatever life brings,

I,

The soul,

Have the inner power to respond with peace,

Courage and clarity.

I create an intention to carry the stillness,

The trust throughout the day.

I allow it to be my quiet strength.

I am peace and I am deeply loved.
