Thank you so much for being here.
I wanted to come here and… Share.
And also invite you to experience yourself as an ocean.
All our lives we mostly spent our time on the surface of the ocean.
Playing with the waves.
Of the ocean.
Are they running?
Towards something or running away from something.
And it's almost never we spend time in the.
.
.
Depths of the ocean.
So I wanted to use this time to invite you to the depths.
Of the Being.
To move deeper in the ocean.
One has to soften.
Soften in this moment.
Whatever this moment entails.
Soften around it,
Accommodate it,
Allow it,
Accept it.
No matter whatever it is.
Any sensation.
Pleasant unpleasant.
Both are allowed.
One is not preferred over the other.
Both are allowed.
Both is accommodated.
Any situation.
That you may be going through,
That too is accommodated.
And emotion.
Let me arise.
That too is accommodated.
We expand.
You become more spacious.
When we accommodate,
We expand and go deeper in the ocean.
So accommodate all that is.
Any emotion that may be very difficult.
That too has to be accommodated.
When I say accommodated,
We have to soften around it.
Allow it.
Because it's here in this moment.
We meet it with loving presence,
So we meet it as the ocean.
The ocean accommodates everything.
Whatever arises within and without.
We accommodate.
And go deeper.
No matter what thought arises.
Simply notice.
And soften around it too.
No matter what the torture is often around it.
Simply notice and remain as the ocean.
A rest in the depths of the ocean.
Thoughts may come and that's okay.
Simply notice and come back.
Rest as you are.
In this resting.
There is safety.
There's resting.
We feel help.
The more we dwell.
In the depths of the ocean.
The less we are pulled by the waves.
It may be stormy.
There could be massive waves.
But it wouldn't really matter.
Because we will be dwelling.
In the depths of the ocean,
Where there is absolute stillness.
In that stillness,
We are protected and taken care of.
In that stillness,
The beloved takes over.
Maybe always.
Drill.
In the bottom of the ocean.
May we always dwell as we are.
