They’re very different from the majority of the population in terms of energy levels and ideal working styles. Understanding and embracing these unique parts of themselves are essential for them to achieve their emotional intelligence potential.

When not living according to their design, they can experience a lot of bitterness and burnout and even come across as bossy to others.
