Hello dear friends.
Today we're going to work on acknowledging and releasing our fears so that we can live our best life,
So that we can find true happiness,
Joy,
Peace and ease.
Come find a comfortable position and rest there.
Let your breath find its natural rhythm,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Let me tell you a story of a girl who faced her fears.
It was terrifying,
The thought of opening up,
The thought of being vulnerable.
She was afraid of the pain that was possible.
She was afraid of failure.
She was afraid of being judged.
She was afraid of being hurt.
But life happened and slowly,
Surely,
Luckily,
She let go of that fear.
She let people in.
She followed her heart.
She started doing things she'd always dreamt about.
What a marvelous life it was to face her fears,
To be seen,
To love and to be loved.
As she inhaled,
Her heart fell full and content like never before.
As she exhaled,
She wondered why she had waited so long to let go of her fears.
Life is short,
But life is all so beautiful.
We have only so much time on this earth.
She promised herself that day,
That no matter the pain or hurt that came her way,
She would keep facing her fears.
These moments,
These moments of complete contentment and joy were worth it and never again did she want to wonder why she had waited so long.
Focus on your inhale and your exhale.
As you inhale,
Focus on the feelings in your chest.
As you exhale,
Let your breath carry any tightness out of your body.
Use your breath to relax.
Use your breath to release the fear that you hold so tight.
Remember a time in your life when you loved.
Remember a time when you were loved.
Remember the joy.
Let those feelings settle in deep in your body,
Feeling it all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and down to your toes.
Remember that those feelings are worth releasing your fear for.
You are worth releasing your fear for.
I want you to settle in your body,
Again finding that natural rhythm of your breath.
I'm going to share our mantra.
Repeat this to yourself out loud or in your mind.
I acknowledge my fear and I release it.
Life is too short to waste time not being happy.
I acknowledge my fear and I release it.
Life is too short to waste time not being happy.
I acknowledge my fear and I release it.
Life is too short to waste time not being happy.
We're going to have a few moments of silence now.
Hold this mantra close.
Repeat it to yourself as many times as you need to hear these words.
Let them settle deep in your bones and your muscles.
I acknowledge my fear and I release it.
Life is too short to waste time not being happy.
I'm going to share my mantra with you.
I'm going to share my mantra with you.
I'm going to share my mantra with you.
I'm going to share my mantra with you.
I'm going to share my mantra with you.
It is time to slowly let go of your mantra.
Bring your attention back to your breath,
To your physical body.
Focus on that natural rhythm of your breath.
When you're ready,
You can slowly start to move your fingers and your toes,
Eventually blinking your eyes open gently.
Thank you for meditating with me today.
I hope you go forth and have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
Namaste.
