Close your eyes if you can.

If not,

Then focus your attention inward towards your chest,

Your heart,

And pay attention to how you're breathing.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Relax your shoulders.

Let your belly relax.

Relax your eyes,

Your jaw.

Breathe down into your feet.

And as you breathe down,

Then as you breathe in,

Pull up warm,

Steady energy from the earth.

Bring it up through your body into your heart and breathe in and breathe out.

Feel the relaxation.

Feel yourself at ease.

Feel yourself calm.

And as you take a last breath in and let it go,

Thank yourself for taking a moment and then move into your day in peace.
