Allowing Flow And Ease

This practice is for allowing ourselves to receive without trying to force things to happen. It helps us to ponder allowing and being fully present for what is arriving in our lives with ease and flow. You may continue the practice on your own by sitting in stillness with your breath for as long as you want.
