Hello,
This is Valin Dawson.
Welcome to the daily mantra.
Today's mantra is about allowing divine timing and trusting in flow.
Close your eyes.
Today I allow things to happen with divine timing and I don't try to force things to happen.
Meanwhile,
I'll devour all the things that are ripe that show up in my life with utter abandon and pleasure.
I want you to take a deep breath.
When you feel that breath,
It comes naturally with ease and comfort.
It feels delicious,
Doesn't it?
I want you to try to take another breath and this time I want you to try to force it,
Make it happen.
It might feel good one time,
But if you kept doing that,
It would get exhausting.
We breathe with ease for a reason and we're meant to allow things to show up in our life when they're meant to.
Think of a time when you forced something to happen.
Didn't turn out well,
Did it?
I understand,
Dear one,
You want whatever it is you're wanting to happen to happen now,
But you can't see the whole picture.
When you look at the entire picture from above,
You'll see that everything is happening just perfectly.
One of the practices I like to do is to thoroughly enjoy the things that are showing up.
When we're really present with what is happening,
We don't think about the next moment and what's going to happen next because we're enjoying this moment so much.
As you breathe for the next few minutes,
I want you to thoroughly be with your breath.
Feel the sensation as your breath flows through you.
Don't just feel it in your chest.
Feel it through your whole body,
Into your head,
All the way down to the soles of your feet.
Feel that breath carrying you,
Giving you life.
Feel the other sensations that are on your body right now.
Are you cold?
Are you warm?
What is dancing on your skin?
Feel into slow movements with your body,
With your hands,
With your toes,
Maybe a slow smile.
Be present.
When you're thoroughly present,
There's no rushing.
There's no needing something to happen.
There's just allowing what is in this moment to be here.
Let's breathe together.
