Welcome to the daily mantra.
Today's mantra is about getting in touch with your inner wisdom and your intuition.
Today's mantra.
Today I run away from sensible advice and ideas of what others think is right for me.
Instead,
I ask my beautiful beating heart and my own encompassing intuition what they want.
I come to know myself instead of seeking for answers and validation from others.
I honor my own self with my trust and inner knowing.
Take a deep breath.
I know it's easy to search for answers in another.
We search for answers from another in order to get permission.
We search for answers in another to give someone else the responsibility for taking blame when our actions don't work out.
Often we try to do the sensible thing instead of what our own wild heart and inner knowing is begging us to do.
People like to give sensible advice.
They like to give advice when we don't ask for it.
They like to feel like they're doing something like they're being needed.
We often do the same to others.
But today,
Dear one,
I want to invite you to go deep into your own heart and ask your wisdom what is truly best for you.
One of the ways that we can do this is through our breath.
I'd like for you to take a few moments and breathe deeply.
And as you're breathing,
I want you to imagine your breath is carrying out all distractions,
All distractions that is not your wisdom,
All the noise that has settled in your body telling you what to do,
What you shouldn't do,
Or the choice to make.
Let's take a few minutes and breathe together imagining our breaths carrying away all that noise that isn't our wisdom.
Do you feel like things are clear now?
Do you sense that void that is there waiting for you to be present with it so that you can move into your own answers and your own wisdom?
It's there.
It just takes getting in touch with it.
Just for today,
I invite you to practice not asking anyone for advice and to go deep within asking your higher self what the best path is for you.
Asking that inner knowing to rise up.
When you turn off the other distractions it can be easier for you to be in touch with what you really want.
I'm going to start playing some sound and as the sound plays,
I want you to imagine it moving through your body and clearing out all the distractions.
Breathe deeply with the sound and also imagine that the sound is your knowing.
Tune in to the vibration of your own heart your inner knowing has its own vibration.
Ask yourself what advice do you wish others would give you.
That often really puts us in touch with what the right answer is.
I welcome you back to yourself as I play.
Welcome you home to your wisdom.
Welcome you home to your wisdom.
