We will start the practice with getting comfortable on the floor,
Lying down on your back.
And the first thing we want to feel here is the connection with the ground.
Allow yourself to feel the meeting points between the body and the floor.
Allow yourself to bring yourself even more into the body,
As much as you can let go of any other activity.
And stay present with your body and your breath for a moment or two.
We're going to relax different parts of the body.
But before we are going to do that,
Just pay attention to how the body feels today.
Allow yourself to completely be aware of the sensations and the tension that you might hold in your body.
Most of the time,
Subconsciously,
There is tension,
There is holding an activity.
And now in this practice,
We want to bring awareness to it in order to let it go,
In order to relax.
So allow yourself with a lot of care and love to be present,
To hold the space for yourself,
For your body.
Let's start with bringing attention to the feet.
Let's start with the right foot.
Bring all your attention to the right foot.
And what we would like to do is to really get in touch with the feelings,
With the sensations,
And maybe the tension or pain or holding in the right foot.
We are going to breathe into the right foot and release any tension there.
So bring all the attention there and breathing into this part of the body and relaxing.
With exhalation,
Relax completely.
Use inhalation to bring energy to this space,
To be aware of the tension.
With exhalation,
Let go.
Think of the most comfortable,
Relaxed situation for the right foot.
The optimal relaxation.
Completely let go.
Then we move on to the left foot.
Feel your left foot,
Connect to it,
Be it.
See if it is any different from the right foot.
Use your awareness to hold the space,
To be aware of any holding.
And with exhalation,
Let go of this holding.
Release and relax.
Bring the attention to the right knee.
Just by bringing the awareness to one part of the body,
The energy moves.
There is a great impact of unification of body and mind.
Breathing into the right knee,
Breathing out and relaxing.
Every time you exhale,
Let go even more.
Remember,
There is nothing to do right,
Just being present in relaxation.
Allowing relaxation to happen.
Let's move to the left knee.
Breathing into the left knee,
Breathing out and releasing any tension from there.
Like anyone,
Our body needs attention,
Needs care and love.
When we bring the attention to different parts of the body,
We actually promote healing.
Let go of any tension in both feet and both knees.
Bring the attention to the pelvic area.
See if there is any holding there.
Breathing into this area,
Deactivate.
Allow the sacrum to drop into the ground as if it's falling into an infinite space.
So it doesn't really touch the ground.
It actually goes very deep into infinity,
Constantly falling,
Surrendering into relaxation and peace.
Pay attention to where the legs meets the pelvic area,
Even the bones,
The hip sockets and penetrate with your awareness to this area and allow relaxation to happen there.
With exhalation,
Let go.
Use exhalation as a device for relaxation.
Relax your right hand.
Relax the fingers,
The palm of the hand and the back of the hand.
Release any tension from the wrists.
Relax the right elbow.
Feel the meeting point between the right elbow and the ground.
Allow any tension from the arm to drop into the ground with exhalation.
Relax the left hand.
There is nothing to do right now.
Just let go.
The left fingers,
The palm of the hand and the back of the hand.
Relax the wrist.
Bring your awareness to the left elbow and the meeting point between the elbow and the ground.
Let go of any tension in the arm through the elbow to the ground.
Each and every breath that you take,
The body becomes even more relaxed.
The mind completely open.
Each and every moment,
We connect even more to the ground,
Being rooted.
Relax the shoulder blades,
The right and left shoulder blades.
Feel the meeting points between the shoulder blades and the ground.
Allow them to be like river stones.
Feel the smooth movement around them and simultaneously relax your chest.
Now bring the attention to the jaw.
Allow the jaw to be completely relaxed.
The space inside the mouth.
Relax your tongue and separate your teeth.
Relax the eyes,
The eyelids and the eyeballs.
Relax the eyebrows and the forehead.
Relax your whole body to the ground.
Again,
Bring the attention to the meeting points between the body and the floor.
And allow yourself to connect to the ground.
Feel how you dissolve into the infinity of the earth.
With inhalation,
Feel your body.
With exhalation,
Let go even more.
If your whole body is entering into the infinity of the earth,
And when your body is completely relaxed,
Relax even more.
Let go.
Please don't hold back.
Completely surrender to the peace and love of the earth itself.
Feel how Mother Earth is carrying you in her hands,
And how safe it is,
How peaceful it is.
Being in this space of the earth,
We feel loved and powerful.
We connect to our unlimited side.
