The humming bee practice is a form of pranayama. It is a great way to relax and release stress from the body and is beneficial for anxiety and relaxation. It is also cooling in nature and can improve the sound of our voice, making it a great practice overall. We will practice for about 10 minutes today, but you can always practice for up to 30 minutes. Practicing for 30 minutes can create a lot of relaxation and vibration in the third eye.

Hello and Namaste everyone.

Today we are going to practice the humming bee practice,

Brahmari Pranayama,

Which is a great way to relax and to remove attention and stress from the body.

It's very good for anxiety,

Very good for relaxation,

It's cooling in nature and it's also improving the sound of our voice.

So really great benefits for this practice.

We'll practice today for about 10 minutes but you can always practice it up to 30 minutes.

Doing it for 30 minutes will create a lot of relaxation and vibration in the third eye.

There are many variations to this practice.

Today we'll do the simple one.

The way that it's done is inhalation is very long,

Exhalation is a steady,

Constant humming and we feel the vibration in our lips.

And just very simple,

We inhale and then we exhale.

You do not need to synchronize with me.

Actually what we are going to do is to put some music and you can keep on humming.

Do the humming strong enough that you create the vibration and focus throughout the whole time in the third eye.

Please find a comfortable sitting position and close your eyes.

We can start the first one together.

First we just exhale all the air out,

Then we inhale,

Then we exhale again all the air out,

And then inhalation.

And we begin with the humming.

Make it your last round.

This is a great time to sit for meditation or to lie down in Shavasana for a moment.

Thank you everyone and namaste.
