Hello,

I'm Dennis.

I'm making breathwork,

Yoga nidra and sound journeys under the name Dennis Breath Journey.

This is a 15-minute yoga nidra practice aiming for earth connection.

So lie down,

Make yourself as comfortable as you possibly can.

Take two sips of air in through the nose.

One long exhale through the mouth.

And once again,

Two sips of air in through the nose.

One long exhale through the mouth.

One more time.

And start breathing slowly for about four or five seconds in and four or five seconds out.

An equal breath.

Aiming for balance,

Aiming for harmony.

Connecting to mother earth beneath you.

Breathing together with mother earth.

And with this connection,

Just simply follow the guidance of my voice.

You can see it as a point of light rotating through the body going from one point to the next.

You remain in stillness while your awareness just simply follow the guidance.

Starting with inside the mouth.

Getting aware of the tongue.

Tip of the tongue.

Upper mouth.

Lower mouth.

Right cheek.

Left cheek.

Your nose.

Right nostril.

Left nostril.

Both nostrils.

Right eye socket.

Eyebrow.

Temple.

Left eye socket.

Eyebrow.

Temple.

In between the eyebrows.

Now feeling the weight of your head resting on earth beneath you.

As if mother earth were holding your head in her hands.

Sending you light,

Balance,

Harmony.

That grounding eternal strength.

Now bring awareness to your right thumb.

Second finger.

Third.

Fourth.

And fifth.

Right palm.

Back of the head.

Wrist.

Lower arm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Right shoulder.

Now feel the right arm resting on earth beneath you.

Right side of the torso.

Inside the right hip.

The whole thigh.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the foot.

Top of the foot.

Right big toe.

Second toe.

Third.

Fourth.

And a fifth.

Now bringing awareness to your left thumb.

Second finger.

Third.

Fourth.

Fifth.

Left palm.

Back of the head.

Wrist.

Lower arm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Right shoulder.

Left side of the torso.

Inside the left hip.

The whole left thigh.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the foot.

Top of the foot.

Left big toe.

Second toe.

Third.

Fourth.

Fifth.

And now the whole torso.

Pelvic bowl.

Lower back.

Base of the spine.

Right thigh.

Resting on earth beneath you.

Sending you strength and harmony.

Notice the whole body resting on earth beneath you.

Breathing together with Mother Earth.

Just keep your breath as natural as you possibly can.

No effort at all.

And truly feel that this is okay.

It's okay to go gentle.

It's okay to go light.

Your sensitivity is okay.

Your sensitivity can be a gateway to the source.

To your true nature.

Your connection with Mother Earth.

Knowing that you are also nature.

And just like a tree,

Your heart is the crown of the tree.

Gathering energy and light.

Sending it to the roots.

The base of the spine.

On your next inhale,

Become aware of the energetic heart center.

And feel that energy,

That light,

Spreading throughout the whole heart center.

On your next inhale,

Become aware of the base of the spine.

And now feel that energy,

That light,

Like the warmth of the sun,

Spreading throughout the whole base of the spine.

Gathering energy.

Now see if you can feel both the heart and the base of the spine working together.

Sending life force energy back and forth.

Feel a big light,

A luminous light inside of you.

A sense of aliveness.

Being here knowing that you always have the support of Mother Earth,

Wherever you go.

Begin to wake yourself up.

Wiggling the fingers.

Wiggle the toes.

Take a big breath in through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Thank you for practicing yoga nidra with me.

Thank you for being here.

And welcome back anytime.
