After playing music his whole upbringing Dennis started to combine it with breathwork. After guiding a few friends through what he calls a breath journey he started to realize that this was something he wanted to explore. In an organic way more people came to Dennis's house to do breath journeys. Now it's something he does regularly and he is very excited to be here. He is the founder of Dennis' Breath Journey which now also contains Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation
