This meditation is to help you connect with your wisdom.
Connecting with your lower dantian,
Otherwise known as the Jing.
This place is a space of all your creativity.
Of your self awareness,
Of love and compassion for yourself.
It is your core,
It is your strength,
It is your wisdom.
Take a nice deep breath in and out.
Settle into your mind,
Settle into your body,
Settle into your soul.
And settle into your spirit.
Breathing,
Connecting,
Being.
Now in this space,
Settle your thoughts all the way down through your body and allow them to connect with the lower abdomen.
And just let your thoughts reside here.
And let them meet the feelings that are being held within this area.
What makes you feel alive?
This is the question and it comes from the wisdom of this space.
The womb is your wisdom.
That is what those who are connected to its source say.
Is the womb your wisdom?
Connect with it,
Spend time with it.
Breathe and give this area space to be.
And as you sit with yourself in this space,
With this area,
Giving care,
Love and attention,
Say to yourself quietly,
I connect to myself.
And just notice what changes in your body.
What changes in the feelings and the sensations of your body.
And now say,
I am connected to my core.
And again,
Notice the sensations and the feelings.
Whatever comes is what is right for you.
And now say quietly in your mind's eye,
I connect to myself in love.
