Embodiment Series: I Choose Myself In Love

We often put ourselves last, doing things that sabotage what we know we need. It's easy to do this, it is easy to be this way. Allow this time now, to be one with the mindset of choosing yourself, as you are, here and now. Just you, all of you.

This is a meditation in choosing you.

So quietly in your mind say to yourself,

I choose me.

And again allow this to run through your mind over and over again,

I choose me.

And if there is something else that you resonate with,

Please use that phrase instead.

You may say,

I choose myself.

I love and respect the choices I make.

I choose me.

I love me.

I am important.

It can be anything.

But it needs to surround the idea of you choosing you.

You making yourself as a priority.

We often put ourself last or do things that sabotage what we know we need.

And it's easy to do this.

It's easy to be this way.

But allow this time now with yourself to be focused around choosing you for you as you are.

No ifs,

Buts or maybes.

Just you.

So now take a deep breath in and out.

And a couple more on your own,

Breathing in and out,

Finding the rhythm of your body.

Finding the rhythm of your breath within your body.

Settling your mind,

Opening your heart,

Surrendering to your soul.

And now again repeating the phrase,

The affirmation that you have chosen.

And again allowing this to run through your mind over and over again.

And while this is happening,

Just feel into your body and see where something might be amiss.

Is there anything in your body that's highlighting to you to be a problem?

Is there any part of your body that's calling out to you?

Scan through your body from your head all the way down through the middle,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes.

When you find a location,

Just focus your attention to that.

And if you have a few to choose from,

Just feel into what may have more importance to you right now.

Now with your attention on this particular area,

I want you to use your mind to give this space a massage,

An energetic massage.

Really show this space in care.

Nurture it,

Nourishment.

Give this space as much creativity from your soul,

Full of nurture and love and patience so it may feel better than it does right now.

Allow this space to feel care from you.

Allow it to feel that you care deeply about it.

Allow it to feel the care that you have for yourself.

Allow this area to feel how much care you have for you.

And as you are energetically massaging this area,

Use your mind's eye to weave through your aura.

Use your mind's eye to wave a symbol of infinity,

Ebbing and flowing,

Toing and froing around that space that you're focusing your attention.

You could imagine your hand waving through the air in a figure of eight shape,

Brushing,

Weaving,

Flowing through the aura.

We do this weaving in the aura to reconnect,

Repair,

Create and nourish the energetic body so it may pass on these messages of connection,

Balance,

Creativity,

Satisfaction,

From the energetic body to the physical.

And by doing all of this,

You are showing care not only to your mind,

To your physical body,

Your energetic body,

Your emotional body,

Your higher self,

All of these bodies you are showing care to.

Imagine you are in this space with all of these bodies vibrating as one.

Imagine that you are inside this aura,

An orb-looking space.

You are the center of it.

You are inside and your auras are vibrating.

They're vibrating the love and the care that you have for yourself from the internal world to the external world.

The love and care you have for yourself right now is permeating everywhere.

From the center of your soul all the way out through your spirit from the depths of you vibrating the love from every layer,

Physical,

Emotional,

Energetic,

Universal,

Spreading love all around you,

Through you.

And so you are so deep within the orb of love.

You are deep within your own love.

And this depth of love that you have for yourself is care.

Imagine the auras are amplifying with each breath you take becoming bigger,

Helping you feel more deeply,

Helping you connect that expansive feeling all the way within you again spread all the way throughout.

And so now you are radiating.

Your internal world is radiating through and this is you.

This is a symbol of you doing you.

And because the mind is so powerful it believes visualization is real.

This is actually you being you.

Loving yourself.

This means that you have the courage to be yourself.

This means that you choose yourself.

This means that you are responsible for yourself.

This means that every ounce of you,

All those bodies,

All aspects of you are a priority to you now and forever.

And so now say quietly in your mind the affirmation that you began with.

And again,

Say it again.

And you can add anything else that you have come across within this meditation if you feel aligned to do so.

And then each breath now is just a breath of love.

In each breath of love there is an air of care.

And with each breath you take that is love.

Allow that love to ripple through your entire being.

Imagine it's coming from your core and it's rippling all the way through your being.

It's rippling out like a sphere and it's vibrating the same as the orb that you just connected with.

Your aura.

This breath of love is your aura.

It is you.

It is a part of you.

And if there is anything at all that you need to say to yourself,

Say it now.

And if there is anything that you need to listen to,

Listen to it now.

And if there is any other part of you that you need to connect with,

Connect with it too.

In a moment you will come back into the space and take note of all of these things that you have come across.

These are your steps to help you,

To choose you,

To love you when it may feel impossible to do so.

So remember,

Take note.

And now take a nice deep breath in and out.

And as you're connecting with your body as a whole,

An entire being,

Give yourself an energetic hug.
