In this course, you will understand the fundamentals Of Chakras and Life Force energy by learning a brief history and why they are so important. You will be introduced to the main Chakra system and learn each of the seven chakras' names, locations, and functions. You will also learn how each chakra affects your mentality, physicality, emotions, and spirituality. You will learn the connectivity of the chakras and how if even just one chakra is unhealthy, it directly influences your overall health. You will be given examples and suggestions of practices like Reiki, and Meditation that will restore the individual chakras' health, thus providing tools needed to promote your overall well-being. This course will be a combination of lecture, journaling practice, and meditation. By implementing what you learn and practice, you will have a deeper understanding of chakras, and will have the tools and practices that will greatly benefit your overall health.
