Want to be able to fall asleep or simply relax throughout a busy day.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Maybe close your eyes and enjoy the next few minutes.
The sun has slowly set over the woodland.
The sky is clear,
With only the moon shadowing over the trees.
There is a crisp clear aroma floating above the seemingly silent night.
Shrubs covering the rolling hills with small pale blueberries are permeating the air with their fragrance,
Leaving a fresh woody sand behind every corner of the forest.
The night is calm.
The stars are shining.
While the world is resting,
The forest is keeping busy.
The universe is in complete balance.
Breathe in the softness of the night,
Then breathe out busyness of your mind.
Everything is still.
Allow yourself to rest when life becomes dark or heavy.
Let the stillness of the night help you with letting go of stress,
Anxiety and finally rest and be able to sleep.
