Imagine you are walking on a familiar street,
Maybe in your town or somewhere you enjoy spending time.
As you walk past the buzzing town with people having a brunch at cafes,
Kids playing in the park,
Friends crossing paths in the pavement.
You also notice shops,
Boutiques and stores.
In one of the window displays a familiar face looks back at you.
You know it so well,
Yet it looks a little different.
It's you,
But in exactly a year's time.
Notice the difference.
See the light in your eyes,
The softness of your skin,
The gentleness of your posture.
Feel how you have become this person in the next or the past 12 months.
As you keep eye contact,
A gentle breeze brushes against you,
Bringing everything back to the present moment,
Including you.
Now if you feel ready,
Awaken from your meditation and create a plan to become that person that you have just seen.
