Meditation Timer OnlineEszter is a former Yoga and Pilates studio owner in Northland, New Zealand, and now works within the wellness industry globally, supporting and connecting wellness businesses and communities. Her journey began through movement, creating spaces where people could reconnect with themselves through Yoga, Pilates, and mindful practices. Studio ownership gave her a deep understanding of what it means to hold space for others, while also highlighting the importance of sustainable systems, intentional living, and strong community foundations. Today, she works with wellness businesses to create smoother, more supportive systems, allowing practitioners and studio owners to focus on their purpose and the people they serve. She also curates and shares wellness events across Auckland through a free newsletter called The Wellness Block, helping connect individuals with meaningful experiences, teachers, and spaces that support their wellbeing. Her approach to wellness is grounded, gentle, and practical. She believes wellbeing is not about perfection, but about creating moments of presence, awareness, and care within everyday life. Through Insight Timer, she shares and supports practices that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves, even just with a few minutes of visualisation.
