Are you your critique or your best supporter? Come and learn to think good things about yourself. It doesn't need to be hard. What we focus on, we create. At any moment, we have a choice to focus on problems or create solutions. The Universe will back up our choice by presenting us with more of what we focus on. So I invite you, fill yourself with words of inspiration and positive encouragement this morning. You are worthy, you are powerful, and you are amazing!

I choose to feel peaceful.

I know what I focus on I create.

That's why I choose to focus on the good things.

I focus on the blessings that I'm receiving,

On the good things that are happening to me and seeing abundance instead of luck,

Clarity instead of confusion,

Compassion instead of anger,

Seeing how I am being supported,

How I am safe,

That I can trust life and relax.

And I allow the universe to show me the proves that I am supported,

That I am safe and that I can trust.

I'm being honored,

Loved and respected.

I choose to focus on creating all these beautiful things I want to have in my life instead of focusing on luck and complaining about what's not working.

I can't expect other people to tell me nice things and talk to me nicely if I am not nice to myself.

So for now I choose to think good things about myself and speak to myself nicely,

Being my best supporter instead of being my own critic,

Saying myself that I am worthy,

That I am enough,

I deserve good things in life.

And I tell myself that I'm beautiful,

That I love myself,

I deserve all the goodness in life,

I deserve to have money,

I deserve to have abundance and healthy relationships,

I deserve to feel good in my body and I deserve to be successful in whatever I do.

I deserve to be happy,

Peaceful,

Healthy,

Feeling supported,

Loved.

And now in this moment I offer it to myself in my mind or out loud.

I say it to myself and allow the universe to show it to me and reflect to me on the outside.

Because more and more I am filling myself up with these positive thoughts and believing that I deserve good things,

The more I will see on the outside that it is really true and it's happening.

So just for this moment I invite you,

Be villain and open yourself to try in something different.

Pause and think what is it that you want to experience in your life?

How do you want to feel today?

Do you want to feel peaceful or do you want to feel stressed?

Do you want to feel amazing or nervous,

Judgmental,

Fearful?

Do you want to feel supported and trust?

What is it that you want to experience in your life in this moment?

And then give yourself the support you need.

Offer yourself the words of kindness,

Of empowerment,

The words you would like to hear from someone else.

I invite you,

Repeat after me.

I got this.

I am worthy.

I am powerful.

I am smart.

I am capable.

I am radiant.

I am safe.

I am beautiful.

I'm confident.

I'm supported.

I am amazing.

What else would you like to hear?

Offer it to yourself now.

Fill yourself with nice things and think good things about yourself and say to yourself.

And know that more you practice it,

The more natural it will become for you and you will feel great.
