Hello everyone.
Has it ever happened to you that you work on your abundance mindset,
You do your gratitude journal,
Your affirmations and then suddenly you wake up in the morning and you feel this fear,
This lack,
This discomfort in your body and you are thinking what's going on,
I've been doing my practices and I still feel this way.
And that's normal because your body is resisting this new vibration and it's really testing you.
So it's about commitment,
About keep on doing it every day and that's really when the change happens.
You need to repeat the new actions and new affirmations or whatever you are doing.
You have to repeat it every day to create a new habit,
New behavior.
And your body at times might be just really rejected in this because it's not familiar.
It's something new and your body is used to doing things certain way.
So it takes time and it takes determination but it's possible and it can happen with ease.
Really commit yourself and to your wellbeing.
And I invite you take time every morning and every evening before going to sleep and do your affirmations or visualization where you really see yourself having the abundance and you rewrite the old feelings of luck and struggle or beliefs like I have to work hard to make money,
It's not safe to have loads of money or I'm not worthy of it.
Really take time and write down some of the thoughts that you have about money and then write the thoughts that you would like to have.
What's the new vision?
Really take time and write it down.
Create the new vision for yourself because once you have it written,
When you feel this fear coming up you can just take your piece of paper and you can read to yourself this new feeling,
This new vibration that you are anchoring and creating for yourself.
And if you commit to it,
To yourself,
To this wellbeing,
It will become the new normal for you.
And especially when your body is resisting this hardly,
It's most important to step back in your power and say,
Okay,
I am the leader here.
So this is what we are creating together.
Okay.
