And this is the second in a series of four weekly alignments,
Alignment energy sessions.

It's six,
Seven minutes long,
And it gives you a really good understanding of what these energies are,
How to go about participating in this session and get the most out of it.
So if you haven't already,

So for everyone who is ready,
Who understands how to do this,
We'll get started.
Here we go.
I'd like to first begin by just asking for your permission to do this session.
And you can say out loud or just to yourself internally,
Yes,
You give me permission to offer this alignment energy session to you.
Okay,
Wonderful.
So if you haven't already,
Take a moment and find a comfortable place to sit.
And you want to be comfortable during this session.
If you need to move or make adjustments,
That's fine.
It's not a problem at all.
And just inviting you to close your eyes.
And let's take a couple of deep breaths together.
So breathing in through our nose and then a long,
Smooth exhale through our mouth.
Let's just do a couple of these in our own time,
In our own rhythm.
Okay,
Wonderful.
And now let's shift our attention to our grounding.
And we can do this by feeling the physical contact of our feet on the floor,
Our seats,
Our bottoms and our legs sitting in our chairs.
Or if you happen to be laying down,
Just feeling your body pressed against the earth.
So tune into that physical contact.
Become aware of our connection with earth.
Nice,
And let's extend that connection with earth beyond the physical.
Let's also experience that energetic connection with Mother Earth.
So visualizing a core to connection directly from you to the center of earth,
Unobstructed,
Flowing freely.
When you think about it,
It makes sense.
This physical body is of earth.
We are sustained by earth and all that earth offers.
So this connection is always present.
We're just bringing our awareness to it.
And as we're more aware of that connection,
Opening ourselves up to receive all the unconditional love that earth offers us continuously day in,
Day out,
Especially right now in this moment.
This is an exercise in opening,
Opening and receiving.
Letters love you.
Let her support you.
And now bringing our attention to our heart space and feeling the warmth of our heart.
And if it's helpful,
Bring to mind anything you find beautiful or joyful or fun,
An experience that may make you smile or laugh,
A landscape,
An animal,
Some music,
A smell,
Maybe even a particular type of food.
Anything that really helps you connect with the warmth of your heart space.
And now let's set a couple of intentions for this session.
The first intention is to simply be present to this experience.
Setting the intention to be present to this experience.
Releasing expectations.
Realizing we don't have to make any great effort.
This is just an exercise in receiving an unconditional gift.
How often in life do we get to just simply receive something that is highly beneficial for us?
You don't have to earn it.
You are worthy of it.
Just being present to that experience.
And then setting another intention,
And I just touched on this briefly,
But being open to receive all that is for your highest good.
In some ways this is an exercise in seeing how much you can receive.
Okay,
Wonderful.
And with that we're going to get started with the alignment session.
So I'm going to open up the channel and the energy will start flowing immediately to you.
And I'll call us back here in about 15 or 20 minutes once the alignment is complete.
