Hello,
I'm Tyler and welcome to this alignment.
This is the fourth in a series of a total of four alignments that I'm offering and sharing here for anyone who's interested on the Insight Timer platform.
If you haven't already,
Be sure to check out my first posting.
It has information on what these energies are and more context and instructions on how to get the most out of these sessions.
So if you haven't had a chance to listen to that,
Head on over there first,
Give it a quick listen,
And then come on back to this or any one of the four alignments that I've offered.
You don't necessarily have to do them in progressive order.
So with that,
We'll turn our attention to this fourth alignment.
So if you haven't already,
Find a comfortable way of sitting,
Or you can even lay down if you'd like,
Whatever you feel called to.
And most importantly,
You just don't want to experience any body aches or pains.
You don't want to be distracted by that.
So be comfortable.
And I want to begin by asking your permission to do this alignment.
So if you would like the alignment,
You can say yes out loud or just yes inside to yourself.
And this really just helps us to make the connection.
Okay,
So let's begin by taking a few deep breaths and just in your own rhythm,
Your own pace,
Breathing in through your nose,
And then a longer,
Slower exhale out through your mouth.
And now let's turn our attention to our grounding.
So feeling the connection between our physical bodies and the earth.
And we can start this by feeling the physical contact of our feet on the floor,
Our legs pressing against the chair,
Our bodies in contact with the ground.
So just tune into that physical contact.
And then let's take it a step further and let's open ourselves up to the energy of earth.
So beyond the physical contact,
Just setting our intention to feel connected,
To be connected with earth.
And if it's helpful,
You can imagine a line between yourself all the way down to the center of earth,
A cord,
A connection that facilitates mother earth's energy flowing up unimpeded into your body and supporting you.
And just really opening and receiving that connection,
That love from mother earth.
You know,
Our physical bodies are of earth.
So we're always connected.
This is just an exercise in highlighting that connection,
Opening to it even more.
And now let's bring our awareness to our heart center and just feeling the warmth of that part of our being.
And an easy way to feel connected to our heart center is to bring to mind anything you find joyful or anything you are grateful for,
Anything that brings a smile to your face.
It could literally be anything that helps you feel the warmth of your heart.
And now let's set a couple of intentions.
And our first intention is simply to be present to this experience.
There's nothing to do.
There's no effort to be made.
Giving ourselves the gift of being here,
Being in this moment now and receiving these energies.
And let's set another intention.
And that is to be open to receive all that is for our highest good.
And then a third and final intention.
Now I would just invite you to set whatever intention is alive for you that feels most meaningful to you.
Perhaps some way in which you would like support.
Go ahead and just take a moment to set an intention for yourself during this alignment,
Okay?
And with that,
I'm going to open the channel and I'll be quiet for the next 15,
20 minutes.
