This is our third in a series of weekly alignments,

I hope your experience with these alignments has been really wonderful and noticeable also.
You know,
It can take a little time for the energy to integrate into our systems and for these changes to show up in our lives.
But you never know.
I mean over two weeks a lot can happen.
So either way,
Welcome and with that,
I think we should get started with this week's alignment.
So I want to begin by asking your permission to do this alignment.
So you can either say yes out loud or say yes to yourself inside if you if you if you wish to participate in this alignment.
Okay,
Wonderful.
And if you haven't already,
Go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit or even lay down if that's what you feel called to do.
And remember you want to be comfortable during this alignment.
So you don't really want to be focusing on your body being in any sort of aches or pains.
So get comfortable and if you need to make an adjustment during the alignment,
That's fine.
Go ahead and move.
You don't have to maintain a rigid posture.
Okay,
And let's begin by taking a couple of deep breaths.
So in your own time and in your own rhythm,
Take a few deep breaths.
Just breathing in through your nose and then a longer,
Slower exhale out through your mouth.
Now let's bring our attention to our grounding.
So we can start by feeling that physical connection with earth.
So tune into your feet touching the floor,
Your legs and your bottom sitting in the chair,
Or your body pressing against the earth if you're laying down.
And just feel that physical contact.
Now let's take it a step further and let's tune into the energetic connection between ourselves and earth.
And really that connection is always there.
So this is just a matter of directing our intention and our conscious awareness to that connection and allowing it to be flowing freely and wide back to its natural form.
So tuning in all the way to the center of earth,
Feel that connection between you and the center of earth.
And let's just open up and receive the energy from earth.
Just opening to receive Mother Earth's unconditional love.
We are part of earth,
Our physical body.
So that connection is always there.
Now let's bring our attention to our heart space.
And bring to mind anything you find joyful or fun or beautiful.
It could be a place,
An experience,
An animal.
A song.
Anything that helps you connect with the warmth of your heart space.
And just rest there for a moment.
And now let's set a couple of intentions.
And the first intention is simply to be present to our experience during this time.
There's nothing to try for.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
There's nothing to try for.
There's no effort to be made.
It's just to be present to whatever happens to be our experience.
And to be accepting and welcoming of that experience.
And then let's set another intention.
And that's to be open to receive all that is for our highest good.
And then finally taking a moment to set whatever intention feels most alive for yourself right now in this moment.
Just take a moment to set whatever intention feels most alive for yourself right now in this moment.
Just take a moment and go ahead and set an intention for yourself.
Okay.
And with that I'm going to open the channel.
And I'm going to go ahead and open up the channel.

I'll be quiet this whole time.
And the energies will be flowing to you to receive them.
So just stay open and receptive.
