One of my favorite things to do in summer is lie on the grass and look up and feel like I’m falling into the sky... so vast and open, so free. I imagine myself soaring in that great blue expanse and feel it surrounding me, soft and loving and spacious. Lyrics are inspired by the words of American Buddhist Nun Pema Chödrön. Her Foundation kindly gave permission for me to use it in this song. I hope it brings you peace and healing.
