Tony Samara shares with us for 15 minutes how it is possible to forgive ourselves by coming back to the positive within us. Too much background noise, coming from victim mindsets of guilt, shame can be confusing and in the 2 minutes of silence provided, we are guided to let it go and allow for the flow. This allows the magic to happen so that we can see the bigger picture. This track is predominantly spoken words, but if you close your eyes you can receive the energy transmission within them.

You you you Hello Just taking a moment to come back to a sense of presence This means sometimes that we come back to what is known as negative self-talk Coming back to presence doesn't always mean that there is stillness Sometimes we become aware of the way that the mind,

The system within the mind is functioning Often it's a counterproductive habit that doesn't really help to bring about a sense of joy either physically,

Mentally or emotionally Self-talk is usually critical and so we look at situations from a negative perspective when When the subconscious or when you're aware that there is this sort of background noise When the subconscious creates the noise or the self-talk then very often what is happening is self-criticism and the sense of just not feeling very good now this doesn't mean that meditation being mindful of your thinking process or the system is a bad thing as such but it's important to always include self-forgiveness to come back to a positive mind and self-forgiveness Sounds easy,

But of course requires that you stop the negative self-talk by coming back to the attribute of self-forgiveness and part of what helps self-forgiveness to be very much the communication that is happening is that you feel safe when you forgive an aspect of you yourself or an aspect of the communication that's happening and to nurture this quality or this attribute where you feel safe means that you simply need to come back to the positive within yourself and the positive within yourself is that you're alive right now the positive emotions that are there deep within you this sense of aliveness some people call this the life force or the Kundalini life force is part of what needs to be in communication with you so self-forgiveness isn't a mental process it's not that you're looking at your emotions or your thoughts and forgiving yourself as such but it's the process which allows for this energy flow to happen and energy is positive it's always positive it only turns negative when we constrict the energy or prevent the flow the natural flow from happening so within yourself that self-forgiveness is more about allowing the flow rather than stopping the process of say the negative perception that the mind falls into when there is this background noise so it's not so much about good or bad this dualistic perspective of the information that's being communicated it's more about allowing for a flow so self-forgiveness can easily be misunderstood but what you're doing is you're not seeing your thoughts or your feelings as a mistake or as a negative or as a difficult process of struggle or as seeing yourself through a victim perspective it's about coming back to this well-being that happens when you when you let go of this constriction and allow for a flow and this often means that you have to look at the guilt and the shame and the regret that comes up but if you're not attached to it you're not attached to those feelings but you're just observing them as you would say watching a film or watching a theater then something interesting happens that there is a magic that happens we don't limit our perspective to the attachment of pain and suffering but we begin to see the bigger picture so self-forgiveness on this level means that we allow for the negative to be seen for what it is it's part of the picture so if you're anxious or stressed don't fight that energy with the same energy raise your consciousness above the negative self-talk and begin to communicate from a reference that is flow take a moment to sense this flow within you you'll realize it's not in your mind as soon as you get attached to your thinking process your mind will focus on a problem take a moment to sense this flow within you it's not your feelings as soon as you get caught in a feeling another feeling comes up and very often those feelings come from the past very often when we look at our past there are so many toxic energies of guilt shame and regret that then come up and you're not going to be able to of guilt shame and regret that then come up to the surface so it's not about going deeper and attaching yourself to the emotions that are coming up to the surface or even the attributes of those emotions it's about the flow so take a moment and come back to the flow where does it come from where does this flow come from well notice as you're breathing in deep breath into the abdomen that what you're doing is just being part of you're engaging in the process that is life so as you breathe in you're breathing in the spirit of life the flow that is within the spirit of life is your breath and as you breathe in in this way your reference is no longer the mind or even your feelings or even your deep feelings but it is this flow so what you're forgiving is that part of yourself that attaches the ego mind that attaches itself to the negative you're you're forgiving and you're saying it's okay to be human it's okay to be caught in this difficult process but if my reference now is replicating the divine the sacred so the breath of life is not only internal within my body but the breath of life is the experience that I'm having as I open up to the flow that is all in all and everything around me then the miracle of elevation happens without effort and we begin to see something very different we begin to see through a divine perspective everything is perfect and as we sense this perfection within ourselves even if there is pain and suffering and even if the mind is busy with all sorts of attachments and the feelings in the same way attached to the ego mind from perspective everything is perfect and we don't need to suffer we don't need to fall into suffering as you breathe in and breathe out know that this flow this energy that you're breathing into your body can be replicated through the vibration that you create within yourself for example the vibration of sound so if sound is connected to the beautiful light within your heart the sound the pure sound it's the same sound that bhayagra spoke about the symphony that's within the universe the sound of the flow is actually audible on some level so when we sit in stillness and open up to the flow despite the mind there in the background creating a system of process despite the pain and the suffering and let go into the flow and there is this beautiful sound in the background and it's the sound of stillness perhaps you recognize this when if you've ever been in this situation when it snowed and everything is covered with snow you can actually hear the stillness it's very subtle but it's beautiful stillness is not a lack of activity but it's the sound of the sacred being revealed through the process of meditation repeating the sacred sound sham or whichever sacred sound that is your mantra and repeating that in the beginning as a vibration so as you repeat sham you feel the vibration in your body just to help the body to tune into the more subtle after a few minutes you relax into stillness so you repeat sham or your mantra in silence on the out breath and that elevates you to a state of consciousness where within the stillness there is an audible there is an audible transmission happening and it's almost as if the sounds of angels speak to your heart it's almost as if in the stillness there is a fullness that speaks to your heart it's a wonderful experience because when this becomes your reference it's not that you negate the negative that's happening in the background but you begin to see that you're not alone you're supported and as you elevate to this new reference within yourself then everything just doesn't matter as much and that is what self-forgiveness is you begin to see things from perspective rather than focus on the negative problem that the mind is attached to so as you breathe in and breathe out understand that this is the potential that you can reach with practice don't push yourself self-forgiveness is a process you begin to let go of the hard-wired biologically hard-wired inclination towards self-criticism you begin to forgive yourself it's okay we make mistakes it's okay situations aren't always perfect at least on this earthly level as you do this your body the temple begins to become more resilient because you let go of this criticism that then can very often carry on beyond just a mental perspective becomes a feeling and eventually becomes the structure that is your body which limits the flow which limits happiness optimism and satisfaction and positivity so it's really important that you take a moment just repeat within yourself it's okay there is no need for self-judgment there is no need for this separation from the divine there is no need to over identify with the problem with the negative thoughts it's time for self-compassion and this happens naturally as you breathe in and breathe out and just allow yourself to be receptive of the gifts coming your way with every breath saying yes opening up deep breath and as you breathe out letting go cleansing clearing and repeating the mantra gently in the background being very still with your eyes closed moving inwards focusing on the energy that is stillness as you repeat the sound on the opera shem sometimes it's helpful to place the palms of your hands onto your heart area just recognize that what you're repeating as vibration as a flow it's not just sound it's the elevation that happens when you let go of self-criticism when you let go of the negative attached mind from controlling and manipulating the flow and allow yourself to receive the natural flow that is life the spirit that you're breathing into your body deep breath breathing in breathing out let us practice in stillness you you you you deep breath you may wish to create an intention for today so forgiveness is a beautiful practice and could be seen as deep self-acceptance maybe this can be your intention today to accept things a little bit more than what the mind finds comfortable what your emotional body finds comfortable accepting oneself means accepting both the positive and negative so if you're faced with negatives today it's easier to accept positives but if you're faced with negative today accept them just as they are don't fight don't struggle with them just come back to love the love for your body or the love for the different parts of yourself in that moment which then allows for self-acceptance which also then can help to create this process of self-forgiveness and forgiveness happens then naturally when you begin to forgive yourself in this way begin to forgive situations around you more easily so accepting the positive and negative can be wonderful and powerful way to transform your life experience so that you remember that which is more important in that moment and what is more important is not your reaction to the situation but your receptivity to knowledge and wisdom self-forgiveness and self-acceptance can be a very powerful way to open up to self knowledge and knowledge in general so just take a moment in whichever way you're comfortable finding the intention today making it very clear to your mind that this is part of the process of communication so however you communicate to different situations there'll be a remembrance of this acceptance this acceptance of both positive and negative stepping back and seeing the big picture deep breath you may wish to continue in stillness for a little bit longer and when ready coming back and enjoying the rest of your day thank you you

Thank you. This is a beautiful and most helpful practice for when memories of the past crowd in and are painful. Self forgiveness is a golden key to happiness and warrants regular attention.
