One of the most powerful practices that we can practice in our daily life.
To help us.
To guide ourselves into a more calmer,
Deeper,
Peaceful state.
To facilitate more oxygen into all the cells of our body and our bodily systems,
And more importantly,
More oxygen into our brain.
Is to practice full yogic breathing.
So let's practice now.
I invite you to take a deep diaphragmatic breath.
Breathe into your belly Then just breathe in a little more and guide the breath into the top of the chest.
And then the middle of the chest.
Have a little pause.
And then have a long slow exhalation only out through the nose.
Releasing the top of your chest.
The middle of your chest,
And then your diaphragm.
Then take four more deep breaths with me Take a deep breath in,
Expanding your belly.
Draw the breath into the middle of the chest.
The top of the chest.
Pause.
Slow exhalation releasing the top of the chest middle and then the tummy.
And pause.
And just take four more deep diaphragmatic breaths,
Just stretching the breath a little in your own time.
Utilize some pauses and just extend your breathing capacity a little bit.
Breathe in.
Feel the positive energy flowing into your body.
Fill your lungs completely.
Beautiful long slow peaceful breath out and then take four more breaths in your own time.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay,
Great work.
Next I invite you now just to allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.
And just watch your breath.
As you breathe in,
Just be mindful of the breath.
As it flows into the nostrils.
And as you breathe out,
Just be mindful of your breath as it flows out.
And then take four more mindful breaths for me.
OK,
Great work.
By practicing these short practices of deep diaphragmatic breathing.
And natural birth awareness practices.
You'll be able to increase your breathing capacity.
You'll be able to facilitate more oxygen into all of your body's systems and your brain.
Over time.
You become more healthier and more happier,
And it will guide you into this very calm,
Peaceful state.
