Thank you for joining me today.
I hope you guys are all doing well.
Today's talk is going to be about how I set up my sleep space.
So,
The goal here is not only to get to sleep,
But it's to stay asleep,
And even more so,
To wake up feeling refreshed.
So,
Hopefully this will take you guys through a bit of what I do
most days,
And will help you to get better sleep.
So,
The first thing I do is I measure my energy
levels as I'm getting ready for bed.
I want to make sure that I'm not overly stimulated,
And I try to manage that in that last few hours before I go to bed.
When I want to go to bed,
I either do this before I get in bed.
Quite often I do it when I'm in bed.
So,
Settled in,
This is the process.
I'll go through it with you.
First thing I'm going to do
is I'm going to clear my space,
My energy fields,
Very quickly and very easily.
I'm going to flow
through the energy of my body,
And I'm going to release all energies that aren't serving my highest
and best good,
All energies that aren't mine.
I release those up to Source God Light,
To be
transmuted back to Light.
I'm running through my body,
Creating release of energy that is not mine,
That is not serving me.
I can go very granular on this if I want.
There's another talk that I've
done where we do a cleaning of our own personal energy that you can look into.
So,
Once we get
our personal energy cleaned up and we feel good about that,
The next thing to do is bring in
bright God Source Light.
So,
I'm going to pull in God Source Light.
This is what I say,
I,
Thomas Kelly,
Of pure intent,
Do now pull in Divine God Source Light to my physical and
energetic bodies.
I am a clear and perfect channel.
Light is my guide,
And so it is.
So,
We've released,
We've cleared our energy fields,
We've pulled in Divine Source God Light.
The next thing I do is I create the sleep space.
I,
Thomas Kelly,
Of pure intent,
Do now create this beautiful quantum sleep space between now and the morning light.
I will not be distracted,
Disrupted,
Or awoken during this time.
I will awaken in the morning,
Feeling refreshed,
Rejuvenated,
And ready for my new day.
I am staying in my body,
Fully grounded
through my sleep time.
I will only recall my dreams if my dreams are serving my highest
and best good and required at this time.
And so it is.
And this is the sleep space that you've
basically set up,
Saying,
I will not be distracted,
Disrupted,
Or awoken.
You've added
in that you intend to wake up feeling refreshed.
Oftentimes I take this a little bit further,
So here is what I'd say.
I am the light.
I am of the light.
I walk as light.
I hold light.
I breathe light.
I exude light.
I am the light.
I am a spark of God.
I am a child of God.
I am magnificent beyond words or measure.
And I know this magnificence,
This spark,
And this light to the very core of my being.
I am fully and completely loving every aspect
of myself,
My physical body,
And all that I am.
Another thing that I say when I'm setting up my
sleep space is that I am instructing my body and all my cells to regenerate to a perfect state of
health,
A perfect state of wellness,
And a perfect state of youthfulness.
I am healed.
I am perfect
health.
Things are always working out for me.
I am blessed beyond words or measure.
Another area that I like to touch on is youthing,
Because who says we can't get younger?
So this is
a part of my daily routine.
I am youthing.
I am instructing my body,
My cells,
And my DNA
to count every other day,
Thus extending my life here in the physical form.
I am instructing my cells,
My DNA,
And my telomeres to reach out across the vast universe
and wherever energy is serving my highest and best good,
Bring it home to help in the process
of offering,
Designing,
And implementing perfect health,
Perfect wellness,
And perfect youthfulness within my body.
I am youthful just like I was when I was a young
person.
All that youthful exuberance,
All that flexibility and strength within my body
is now available to me,
And so it is.
And this is pretty much how I set up my sleep space.
