Hello and welcome,
My name is Tracy McCree and I'd like to welcome you here to this gentle grounding and nervous system reset,
Helping to return you to your heart,
Helping you to soften and just a gentle return.
And how this came about was I had a message from a dear friend and they were just sharing some things that were happening in their world and that were kind of throwing them off center or out of alignment or bringing things up for them,
Maybe throwing off their nervous system.
And in that moment I was sitting in my car at lunch and I thought I'm gonna leave a quick gentle grounding for them and hopefully it'll help to help center and ground them.
So I thought it's a great idea for to put out to the world.
So this is where this was born,
So I invite you to just take a moment to come back home to yourself and just allow everything else to fall away,
Just for now.
And feel your body resting,
Supported by the ground that you sit on,
And if the earth is beneath you it is gently receiving your weight.
I invite you to take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in,
And releasing slowly,
Completely.
Let the exhale be a soft unraveling.
If it feels right,
I invite you to place a hand over your heart,
Feeling the warmth of your own touch,
The quiet presence living inside you.
There's nothing you need to force here,
Nothing you need to hold together.
Just continue to breathe in your own pace,
And with each breath out,
Allow yourself to soften just a little more,
As if you are being held by something deeper than effort.
And now gently bring your awareness to your heart space.
Not to think,
But to feel.
The subtle rhythm,
The quiet intelligence,
The steady pulse of life within you.
And here you might silently whisper,
I am safe to soften.
I am allowed to rest.
Let those words land,
Like a hand placed gently on still water.
No need to believe them fully,
Just let them be here.
Feel how your body responds,
Even in the smallest way.
A softening,
A loosening,
Quiet return.
You are not separate from this steadiness.
It lives within you.
It has always been here.
And I invite you to take one more slow,
Nourishing breath in,
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
Maybe even hold a sigh.
And when you're ready,
Begin to return.
Take your time,
In your own time,
Bringing this softness with you.
Thank you for joining me for this gentle return home to you,
To this grounding,
And for allowing me to be a part of your practice.
I love you because I can.
Namaste.
