When our aura is expansive and large, we often feel invigorated, social and wanting to be seen. We have the ability to chose how we want to feel. This podcasts includes a peaceful meditation aimed at giving you the knowledge of how to control your aura.

Thank you so much for joining me for another meditation on the podcast.

This meditation is right from one of my listeners.
I had asked a question on my Instagram post,
My Instagram story,
And I asked if these meditations were serving you.
It was an over sounding yes.
One of the responses I got was from a community member named Suzy,
And she asked if I could create a five minute meditation while waiting online or at a doctor's appointment.
So Suzy,
This meditation is for you and for all of us.
This meditation is about bringing in our aura,
Allowing our aura to expand when we need to and bringing it in close to the body when we need to.
Time for meditation now.
Like I mentioned,
You may be standing waiting in line,
And if this is so,
Keep your eyes open or gently guide your eyes downward to the floor.
If you're doing this as a meditation practice,
Come to a comfortable seat,
Either cross-legged or seated on a chair.
Allow yourself to get very comfortable.
Settle into this moment and acknowledge that you are doing something for yourself,
Taking care of your energetic body,
Taking care of your energy field so that you can feel comfortable,
Safe and supported.
Now imagine at the base of your feet,
There is a beautiful pool of light.
This light is glistening white with gold shimmers at the base of your feet.
This pool of light grows slightly larger and you feel your body sinking into this light.
With just a thought,
This light gently begins to flow up your legs.
This beautiful light,
This essence of light flows from the bottom of your feet to the ankles,
Calves and knees and all the way up to your hips,
Waist and belly.
It continues upward,
Filling your belly,
Filling your rib cage,
Moving upward across the shoulders,
Across the face.
You are completely filled with this beautiful light,
This essence of light glistening and glowing.
As we begin to work with our aura,
Know that our aura is our energy field.
Every being has an energy field.
There are times that we want our energy field to be big and expansive and large.
And then there are times we want our energy field or aura to be close to us and safe and supported.
Only you will know what is best for you.
So as we begin,
We will play with expanding our aura and bringing our aura close to the body.
At this time,
Notice the beautiful light that's within you,
This glistening beautiful light that has risen from the base of your feet throughout your entire body and filling your entire body.
Imagine now around your entire body,
An arms distance away,
An arms distance from the top of your head,
The sides of your body and the bottom of your feet,
You have created a bubble of light.
This bubble of light is your aura.
And as we play and expand and bring in our aura,
You will notice the difference in how you feel so that you can do this meditation and take care of your energetic body.
At this time,
Notice that your aura is close to you,
An arms distance away.
You are surrounded in a beautiful bubble of light on all sides,
Top,
Bottom,
Right and left.
You feel safe like a warm winter coat caressing and comforting close to your skin.
It is un-penetrable,
It is beautiful and it is safe.
You feel at peace.
Now gradually,
With a thought,
Begin to expand your aura.
Imagine this beautiful bubble of light expanding,
Growing larger and larger.
Allow it to expand in the room that you are in.
If you are doing this meditation outside,
Feel free to expand it as large as you would like.
Continue to expand your aura.
Let it expand in all directions,
Opening,
Expanding and wide.
Once it has met the standard of the room or the space you are in,
Notice how you feel.
This expanded aura is quite different than the close aura.
You may be feeling open,
Vibrant,
Excited,
Energized.
Notice how you feel now.
Take the time to notice the difference between the expanded aura and the close aura.
And we will once again bring the aura close to us.
Still feeling the effects of an expanded aura,
Begin again with just a thought to bring the aura close to the body.
Do this quite slowly as the bubble of light begins to come inward,
Towards you and around you,
Top,
Bottom,
Right side and left side.
Bring it as close as you like and feel the difference.
Feel comforted,
Supported and at peace.
There will be times when we will want our aura to be close to us and there will be times when we want our aura large and expansive.
If you ever feel afraid or you ever feel that you want to shrink or be unnoticeable,
Bring your aura in.
If you're at a party and you're socializing,
Laughing and having fun,
Expand your aura out.
Begin with a moment's notice that you can control your energy.
Practice this exercise as often as you like and notice the difference between an expanded aura and aura close to you.

This podcast was a part of my every morning exercise. I was listening to it and dancing. I call this exercise "energy dance", as I imagined my aura and according to that I moved. If someone had watched me, he would have seen a free, energised and cheerful woman as well as a reserved, calm and serious woman. This was a perfect combination of talk, meditation and movement. Thank you!
