Allow yourself to lie down and get comfortable. Your body, mind and soul are craving deep relaxation.You need a break from your daily routine and busy life and self care is calling your name. Close your eyes, and drift into the melody of my voice and the singing bowls. Feel free to listen as many times as you need for deep relaxation and peace.

Welcome to the Intuitive Woman podcast.

My name is Tina Conroy.

I am so grateful you are here.

If you have found me,

You are a seeker of spiritual growth.

I honor your journey.

Thank you for listening.

This meditation is best practiced lying down.

Although you can use it at any time,

It is helpful when you are tired and need to restore.

Allow the singing bowls to relax your body,

Mind,

And soul.

Allow yourself to get nice and comfortable.

And as you lie down,

Feel your body surrender to the earth.

Begin to feel the earth embrace you.

And welcome you into this deep relaxation.

Letting go of your day so far.

Allowing your shoulders to rest to the floor.

Your back body surrender even more.

And your front body surrender to your back body.

Feel in this moment completely at peace.

And know in this moment all is well.

As you surrender deeper and deeper,

Notice the muscles of your face completely relax.

Relaxing the top of your head,

Your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

And your eyes.

Allowing your eyes to be heavy,

Falling in and down and back.

Relax your jaw,

Teeth,

And tongue.

Relax your jaw,

Teeth,

And tongue.

Allow your tongue to rest at the bottom of the mouth.

Relax your throat.

Relax your throat.

And soften your shoulders and the upper chest.

Notice your upper chest rising and falling with the breath.

And relax your entire front body even more.

Relax your right arm.

Down to the hand and the fingers.

And your left arm down to the fingers.

Relax your ribcage.

And your belly.

And your hips.

And down your right leg.

And your left leg.

Both feet.

And the back of your head.

Down the back of your head to the nape of your neck.

Upper back,

Mid back,

Lower back,

Side to the back.

Down to the base of your spine.

Back of the legs.

Ankles and feet.

And now feel yourself drift,

Being peaceful and relaxed.

And now feel yourself drift,

Being peaceful and relaxed.

And slowly begin to feel your body return.
