In this meditation,

I'm going to guide you into connecting deeper with your inner self and your inner wisdom.

So as we begin,

Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment,

Letting go of the distractions of the day.

Know that this time is just for you to connect,

To listen,

And to receive.

Continue bringing your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of the chest with each inhale and exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into relaxation.

Now bring your awareness to your feet on the ground,

Your legs,

Your seat,

Feeling the support beneath you.

Imagine a warm,

Grounding energy flowing up from the earth,

Supporting and holding you.

Place a hand on your heart or anywhere that feels comforting.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Invite a sense of openness.

Ask yourself,

What do I know to be true in this moment?

Notice what arises,

Sensations,

Images,

Words,

Or emotions.

There's no need to force an answer.

Simply allow what comes.

As you sit with this question,

You may notice different thoughts,

Feelings,

Or even resistance.

Those are good examples of how your parts can show up.

If a part of you is skeptical,

Worried,

Or unsure,

Simply acknowledge it with curiosity.

You might say to it,

I see you.

I hear you.

I'm here with you.

Ask this part,

What do you want me to know?

Notice if any messages or sensations arise.

Thank this part for sharing and let it know you'll continue listening.

Shift your awareness back to your breath.

Imagine your self-energy,

Calm,

Compassionate,

And wise expanding within you.

Envision it as a warm light or steady presence,

Gently holding all parts of you.

Rest in the sense of interconnection for a few breaths,

Allowing your self-wisdom to deepen.

Let it touch to all those parts that may be out at a distance,

Just witnessing to.

Just allow some time for your system and your parts to take this in.

And if some parts are hesitant or resistant,

That makes sense too.

But they're not alone.

There's a team.

You're here.

See if there's anything else before we begin to wrap up.

Send a round of gratitude to your whole internal system and to your parts,

For as much or as little as they brought forth takes courage.

Let them know that you would like to spend more time with them if they'd like that.

And then slowly bring your awareness back to your body,

Your seat,

The space around you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently stretching if you need to.

Take a final deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes if they were closed or lift your gaze.

And carry this sense of self-connection with you as you move through your life.

Now close with this affirmation.

Place your hand back on your heart if it feels right for you.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

My inner wisdom is always available to me.

I trust in my ability to listen,

To grow,

And to move forward with clarity and confidence.
