Tiger explores the subtle ways fear cages our hearts, leaving us feeling trapped and disconnected from authentic life. With gentle clarity, he addresses the human tendency to settle for situations driven by conformity rather than genuine passion. Highlighting the courageous choice of honesty, Tiger points directly at the necessity to move past fears, embracing curiosity as the pathway back to a life that truly resonates. This session reveals fear not as an obstacle but as an essential signpost, guiding listeners toward a deeper alignment with their heart’s sincere desires.

You know,

This is so often the restriction,

Which is also the fear.

It's a fear that wraps itself around our human experience and in some way says you can't be you.

It in some way says it's not safe to be you,

It's not responsible.

This fear shows you a society in which you have to conform and inside something about it just doesn't resonate.

It's like on the inside you look at your soul and your soul says,

I'm here to dance,

I'm here to sing,

I'm here to play,

I'm here to explore,

I'm here to go on this great adventure called being human.

And yet I'm stuck here in this cubicle doing work that doesn't resonate with my heart at all or some form of that.

Do you see this in a way,

How we tend to put ourselves into situations that trap our hearts?

Where it is not reflective of a deeper calling within and slowly,

Maybe metaphorically,

It feels like something inside of us is dying.

Almost like we've given up on real life and when I say real life I'm speaking to the nature of your soul that's here in a miracle,

A gift of being alive upon a beautiful landscape we call earth,

Here to explore and we settle for what the world calls life,

Which is essentially doing what everyone else tells you to do.

That's reality,

That's life.

That can't be true.

That can't be real life because that's just motivated by fear.

I'm afraid people won't accept me.

I'm afraid they won't give me what I want,

So I'm going to do what they tell me to do.

Isn't that just reflective of a classic master-slave relationship?

If you do all the things I tell you to do,

Then I'll give you enough to survive.

Yeah,

That sounds about right.

I don't care about your heart.

I don't care about your inspirations.

I don't care about what you genuinely feel interested in.

You're here to do what I want you to do.

I don't care about your humanity.

Is that real life?

Or is that just a game that we unknowingly stepped into?

Understandably,

If that's the game the whole world is playing.

I mean,

Come on,

Really.

This life.

Real life.

To step outside and to hear the birds singing.

To see the sunrise.

Is this not a miracle?

Is this not a gift?

And inside of you is this whole other world?

My God.

There's desires.

There's adventures.

There's genuine interests and curiosities.

There's growth.

There's watching what seems impossible become possible.

All of these things are inspired from the heart.

From a heart that can't stand to be caged.

Do you ever notice this?

Like all big breakthroughs?

Discoveries?

Or even meaningful achievements?

They come from this space of no longer settling for that which is not in alignment with your heart.

And you know what this is really saying?

Speaking about the heart.

Letting the heart breathe.

What it's really speaking to is the courage to be honest.

And not only honest in your words but honest in how you move in this life.

What is that?

To be honest in how you move in this life?

Well,

One way to find this out is to look at all of the ways you don't move because you're afraid.

Because if you're afraid,

Then obviously there's something before that that's interested,

That's curious.

Starting a business,

For example?

Oh no,

I'm so scared to do that,

I might fail.

Why are you scared?

Because you're genuinely curious.

If you weren't interested at all,

The fear wouldn't even be there.

This is why fear is such a great pointer.

It's so funny how we can see fear as a bad thing.

It's in the way when it's pointing the way.

It's pointing directly back to the heart.

It's exposing the cage that you put yourself in.

It's pointing directly to the adventure.

You see this playful war going on where the heart wants to breathe fully and the fear says nope.

And it fights against that heart throwing all sorts of excuses as weapons that threaten you.

Someone's going to think you're dumb.

You're going to be misunderstood.

You might lose everything.

So don't breathe.

Don't breathe.

Don't be honest.

It's too dangerous.

Really?

Is that life?

Really?

It's too dangerous to be what I am?

It's too dangerous to be authentic,

To be real?

That can't be true.

This makes me want to sing the Ray Charles song, unchaine my heart. And since we’re being honest today… Please, please consider using a lower toned bell 🔔 people like myself with a noise, sensitivity high-pitched sound goes straight to a pain center in the brain 🙏🙏🙏
