To not be afraid of the conflict makes me super curious about the conflict.
What's really going on here?
There is a seeking to understand rather than seeking what I want in the future.
When I really look.
At how deeply true these things are.
I see a profound truth that speaks to how incredibly free I am.
And not only am I incredibly free,
But within me is an extraordinary power of love.
That can hold space for the world,
Which also means hold space.
For the people I encounter.
Which is also to say to be unbothered by the world.
Which is also to say I'm much more present and available to deal with what's actually happening.
Rather than dealing with my fearful projections about what's happening.
All in all,
It just points towards a profound freedom.
And it's also wise to say,
I don't always see that.
Just like you being human,
We get lost and we get confused.
But all of that is so intrinsically part of it,
Where if that is your experience,
I would say,
Good.
It's supposed to be that way.
Put it this way.
If the sincerity in you desires to have.
Beautifully loving relationships.
Which is true because.
.
.
That's in alignment with the heart's longing.
Nobody craves crappy relationships.
Life is fundamentally designed to support you in that.
But it's also designed in such a way where.
.
.
You have to see that you are the creator of that.
Like it comes from you.
It doesn't come from the outside.
Therefore,
If life is going to support you in creating beautiful relationships,
Life is going to show you how you don't create that.
It's the curriculum.
This is another way of saying,
Something in you sincerely craves love.
Life says,
Okay,
You have to see that all of the love you crave comes from inside of you.
Therefore,
I'm going to show you.
Where you don't love them.
And then in appearances,
It looks like life is trying to piss you off.
But no,
Life is trying to help you.
And if you can understand this frame.
It creates a profound openness to whatever life is showing,
Whatever the mirror is.
And it's in that openness.
That makes us so much more available to see what's true.
Like the example I gave with conflict in my relationship.
To not be afraid of the conflict.
Makes me super curious about the conflict.
What's really going on here?
There is a seeking to understand.
Rather than seeking what I want in the future.
Because I fundamentally understand that what I want is the truth.
It's the truth that will set me free.
I am in service to the truth.
That openness is so important.
And it seems like so much of my time is spent in a way that invites people to open up.
Open up to what is.
Open up to the possibility that what seems to be your life as it is,
Is part of the design to point you towards what your heart truly carries.
And again,
Disclaimer I seem to mention consistently,
Is that you can only see this in your own direct experience.
You can't apply this to what you imagine to be somebody else's experience.
You can't know that.
Do you see this?
Yeah?
What you think is somebody else's experience is a projection.
It's what you imagine to be their experience.
For example,
Like suffering.
You can have a terrible relationship with your own suffering.
Like you don't see the beauty in it.
You don't see the necessity of it.
And then when somebody else is suffering,
You take that assumption and you project it onto their suffering.
And so you're not really seeing their suffering at all.
And the more you see the truth of suffering,
The more it is open to.
The more it's simply part of it.
It doesn't need to be resisted in such a way that is fearful.
Then you see other people through that same lens,
Which actually is like an extension of compassion and understanding.
And you become so much more available to support them.
