There is a softness in all experience, that carries with it a profound lesson that draws us nearer to the truth. The question is, are we open to see it. If not, no worries. The lesson will come back around again. No judgment, just the way of things. This is Love, constantly knocking on the door of our hearts.

This was definitely one of the most helpful talks/meditations that I have listened to on Insight Timer. Worth a hundred stars to me at this time of my life. There were parts that I didn’t quite understand and I am sure those parts will become clear to me when I listen again (and again, if necessary). From the bottom of my heart I thank you for this sometimes hard to listen to talk. I have lost my father, my mother and my sister but nothing compares to the loss of my husband. 💔
