Welcome my love.
I believe the heart has the answers that we're searching for,
That we're seeking,
That we're craving.
I believe that your heart,
Your knowing as we call that sometimes,
The Holy Spirit as it sometimes is called,
That heart voice,
You know that space,
Gut instinct sometimes as well.
But dropping into the heart,
That's what we're going to create in this time here together.
I believe the heart has the answers you're looking for and your heart knows the way.
Often our practice is simply in tuning in to that knowing.
Another way I like to see this is you're the lamp and your spiritual knowing,
Whether you say God or source or universe or Buddha or Jesus,
But your spiritual,
Your higher power is like the electricity.
And we simply tune in,
We plug the lamp in to the light to have the insight,
The direction,
The comfort,
The guidance that we're needing or seeking or curious about or simply just a richer,
Deeper connection with that sacred space.
So welcome.
I invite you to get comfortable,
Whatever that looks like or means to you.
You might be on a walk,
You might be in your bed,
You might be out on the patio.
I do encourage you not to be driving or doing something that requires a lot of focus outside of tuning in.
But take a few moments just to get comfortable.
And often for me,
I put one hand on my heart and one hand on my belly.
Sometimes we call our solar plexus.
You could also put both hands on your heart,
Whatever is comfortable for you,
But just getting present to your body and to your physical heart.
Even though we're talking about tuning into the emotional space,
I find this to be grounding.
I simply invite you to take in a couple of deep breaths.
As you breathe in,
Place your attention on breathing in through the center of your chest.
And in your mind's eye,
I want you to see as if you're breathing in brilliant beautiful golden warm white light.
It comes right into the center of your chest.
It's like a ball of white light that simply expands slowly and lovingly,
But it's starting to expand into your body.
Breathe that light in.
And as you exhale,
Anything that feels tense or stressful,
Go ahead and breathe that right out of your body.
Breathe that white light right into the center of your being,
Into the center of your chest.
You see it fill up your torso and down your legs,
Down your arms,
Covering your head and your shoulders.
Maybe even see yourself in like a white light cocoon.
It's just encompassing your beautiful human body.
And again,
As you breathe out,
Anything that feels stressful or tense,
Unclench your jaw,
Drop your shoulders.
Any tension in your gut or your belly,
Go ahead and breathe it out.
And as you breathe in this next breath,
This beautiful white light right into the center of your chest,
I simply want you and your thoughts to thank your heart.
Thank you heart.
Thank you life.
Thank you God.
Thank you source universe.
I woke up today.
I'm here.
Thank you heart for beating.
I didn't even have to remind you.
Thank you for caring for me.
Thank you lungs.
Thank you legs and hands and eyes and nose and ears and just thank you life.
Even if you feel limitations in any of these things,
Just breathe into the gratitude.
You're alive and therefore you have purpose and emotions and experiences and learning and growth.
It comes wrapped in different ways for all of us.
I'm just inviting you as we're simply getting present to your heartbeat of life and dropping into your own heart.

You know what?
You're the only you that's on this planet.
It will ever be you.
Your odds of being in a human body are about one and 400 trillion.
Do you realize how many tiny miracles had to align for you to be here?
Breathe in that gratitude,
Your unique blueprint,
Your unique life.
As you breathe in that white light into your heart,
Into your body.
As you breathe again just deepening that connection.
Ask of your heart.
Heart knowing God,
Spirit,
Universe.
As you breathe in and ask your heart,

I'm gonna invite you to sit with that question and I'm going to give you some space and just simply breathe and dropping in deeper and deeper with each breath.

Sometimes I also like to ask the question what's my next right step?
Now sometimes you might be thinking about a very specific person or project or task or your parenting or relationships or your business your school.
Whatever it might be.
What's my next right step?
Just breathe in the love and the light.
Another question I love to ask of my heart regularly.
Sometimes I say God,
Sometimes I'll say heart,
Spirit,
Universe.
God who can I serve today?
Who needs me today?
Who can I serve or reach out to today?
If you want to breathe into that heart space.
That answer might have a person's face come to mind.
Someone you haven't thought about in a long time.
It might be your sweetheart or significant other.
It might be a client or a neighbor.
A brother or sister.
It might be you.
How can you show up for you today?
What does your heart need?
Honor whatever impression you receive.
I believe we're all divinely connected if we drop in.
We're dropping in with you in your own heart.
What do you want to hear?
What do you need to hear?
What are you craving to hear or feel or experience?
Breathe that right in.
And in some of these thoughts I invite you to think I've got you.
I've got your back.
I love you.
I see you.
I'm proud of you.
I believe in you.
Yeah babe.
You can feel that.
Breathe that in and drop in a little deeper.
I've got you.
You matter.
I see you.
I'm proud of you.
I believe in you.
I forgive you.
I love you.
Take a deep breath.
Drop right into that heart.
See that gold and white light.
We're just connecting that lamp to that electricity and drop your heart right into it.
See that white light come right into your body and anything that comes up that feels stressful or tense.
Just be with it and breathe it right out.
We're not resisting it.
We're just allowing it like the clouds that pass through a sky.
Those different emotions or tense feelings.
Sadness or whatever might be coming up.
We just breathe it and allow it to pass by.
Drop in.
In your thoughts think that heart.
Take in another deep breath of that gold and white light.
Go ahead and ask your heart one more time.
