Dr. Tian Dayton is a clinical psychologist, author, and Senior Fellow at The Meadows. Certified in psychodrama and group psychotherapy, she spent years teaching at NYU and has authored fifteen books, including her most recent book, Growing Up with Addiction, with St. Martin's Press Macmillan. Her work focuses on adult relational trauma and addiction. She utilizes psychodrama to help individuals process pain on a deeper, experiential level. This clinical background led her to develop the Relational Trauma Repair (RTR) model, which integrates the body, emotions, neuroscience, and group connection. Blending her professional expertise with her personal journey as an ACA, Dr. Dayton is deeply dedicated to supporting lasting emotional recovery and resilience.
