Welcome to this tapping laughter meditation to help you release stress.

You can lower your cortisol levels by combining tapping and laughter yoga.

Let's start with a deep breathing exercise called box breathing.

Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.

Hold it for four seconds.

Breathe out through your nose for four seconds.

Then hold it for four seconds.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

Now begin tapping on the karate chop point.

As we go through this meditation,

Please repeat the statements out loud or in your head.

You'll notice that we'll start by accepting the truth of what we're feeling and then we'll work through it to release our stress and lower cortisol levels.

Even though I feel so much stress,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though this stress is weighing me down,

I'm willing to release it and feel lighter now even though this stress is really intense.

I accept how I feel and I'm open to letting it go now.

Gently tap on the eyebrow point.

I feel so much stress.

Side of the eye.

Everything going on is so stressful.

Under the eye.

All this stress is overwhelming.

Under the nose.

I feel overwhelmed.

Dip of the chin.

This overwhelming stress.

Collarbone.

All this stress is weighing me down.

Under the arm.

It makes my heart feel heavy.

I know everything would feel easier if I can release some of this stress.

Under the arm.

I want to feel lighter.

But I still feel this overwhelming stress.

Eyebrow point.

With so much going on.

It's natural to feel overwhelmed.

Side of the eye.

I wonder if I could calm down the stress.

Under the eye.

I wonder if I could release it.

Under the nose.

I want to feel calm and relaxed.

Dip of the chin.

I'm open to releasing this stress.

Maybe I could feel lighter.

Under the arm.

Maybe I could feel focused.
