Welcome to this guided laughter meditation that includes the Solfego frequency 396 hertz to release fear.

Please wear headphones for the added benefit of binaural beats in the theta waves of 6 hertz.

This frequency,

Combined with laughter,

Will reduce stress and promote relaxation throughout your body.

Love yourself by giving yourself this moment.

Remember that your well-being is a priority.

By taking this moment to let go of fear and stress,

You free your mind and usher in joy and peace.

Find a position that feels comfortable to you.

Gently close your eyes or allow them to softly focus on the ground ahead of you.

Let yourself become as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Begin with a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a couple seconds,

Then slowly release your breath through your mouth.

Keep breathing in this way as you listen to the pulse of the music.

If your mind is distracted,

Focus it by thinking,

I love myself,

While breathing in.

As you exhale,

Allow your mind to release any thoughts that come and acknowledge any fear or stress you feel.

Then return to thinking and feeling,

I love myself,

As you inhale.

Continue this process while embracing love.

Let a smile begin to form as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

Now allow a gentle giggle to arise with your exhale.

Just a soft release.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

Let out a little giggle.

As the music develops,

Give your giggle permission to expand.

Just breathe in,

Then laugh lightly with your exhale.

Be present with your laughter now.

Continue breathing deeply and let your laughter continue to increase.

Relax into your unconditional laughter.

If you notice your mind strain,

Gently think,

I love myself,

As you breathe in and breathe out with laughter.

Feel love as you do this.

As you exhale,
