Closing down your eyes and taking three gentle breaths.

Now bringing all your awareness to your forehead and the space between your eyebrows.

See if you can soften the area.

Coming down now to your nose.

Just want you to notice the air coming in and out through your nose right now.

Bringing your attention to your jaw.

Notice how it feels.

Softening on the out breath.

Want you to pay attention to all the sounds you can hear right now,

Either in the room or in the distance.

Coming back to your body.

Noticing the breath in your shoulders as your breath rises and falls.

And softening your shoulders.

Just notice how your whole body is feeling right now.

Is there anywhere you can soften right now?

And notice how you're feeling right now.

Big breath in,

Long breath out.

And you can gently open your eyes.

Softening your shoulders.
