Hello and welcome.
Thank you so much for joining me for our Solar Plexus meditation today.
So go ahead and set up your space so you will not be disturbed.
Maybe that means closing the door to the room that you're in and as always perhaps lighting an incense,
Diffusing some essential oils,
Or maybe even just lighting a candle and making sure you have something to write with and a journal so you can allow for some conscious streaming,
Some conscious journaling after your meditation today.
And so when you're ready to make yourself comfortable,
If you're seated perhaps propping up the hips with a meditation cushion or a bolster,
If we're lying down making sure the low back is supported.
And then when you're ready to,
Closing down your physical eyes.
Taking a moment to just become aware of the breathing.
We're not changing anything,
Just noticing.
And then slowly beginning to deepen your inhale.
Finding your breath past your ribs into your low belly.
And again,
Deepening the breath,
Feeling past your ribs into the low belly and then allowing for your exhale.
And then beginning to bring awareness to your center,
To the space just above the belly button.
And visualizing a yellow ball of light here.
And as you breathe,
Just take a moment to observe this yellow light.
Noticing its vibrancy.
If it's moving,
Its size,
Just taking in this yellow light.
Now as you continue to breathe,
With each inhale,
Visualize healing and relaxation.
Feeling energy.
Divine white light,
Universal source energy.
Visualize this energy traveling into your solar plexus,
This yellow light.
And as you breathe out,
Visualizing any dense,
Stagnant,
Stuck energy leaving your solar plexus.
So each breath in brings in healing,
Cleansing,
Nourishing light.
And each breath out allows an opportunity to release any of that dense energy that you may be holding here.
Big full belly breaths,
Breathing in,
Challenging your solar plexus.
Healing,
Cleansing,
Releasing as you breathe out.
So taking about four more full breaths,
Visualizing this energy coming in and allowing that release as you breathe out.
And now releasing the imagery of that light.
Take one full belly breath in.
Your next breath exhale through the mouth.
And now visualize yourself standing at the base of a mountain.
This warm spring day.
The temperature of the air is just to your liking.
The sun is just beginning to cross over the horizon,
Greeting the day with its golden rays.
And you just take in your surroundings.
Breathing in the fresh mountain air.
Listening to the sound of nature all around you.
And you begin to walk forward towards the mountain trail.
And as you stand at the base of the mountain,
The beginning of the trail,
You see a vibrant light at the top of the mountain.
You take a breath in knowing this is your journey.
And as you exhale,
You begin the journey up the mountain.
As you walk along the path,
You step over roots.
You avoid the loose folders.
And as you climb,
The sun rises with you,
Guiding your path towards this bright light at the top of the mountain.
And as you climb,
You overcome obstacles.
Making your way through thick brush.
Scaling up the steep parts of the path.
But you know all of this is worth it as you climb the mountain towards your bright light.
You keep moving towards the peak.
That little voice inside telling you you can do this.
Keep going.
You breathe deep and continue on the journey.
Halfway up the mountain,
You stop and look out back at where you've come.
The sun now in the sky shining down on you.
You feel a sense of accomplishment as you look at the terrain below.
It wasn't easy to get here.
But you pushed through.
And the view halfway up is simply stunning.
You feel motivated now to continue to the top of the mountain.
You turn and continue on the path.
Again,
Making your way over exposed roots,
Trying not to trip.
Avoiding any loose gravel.
Any shale so you don't slip.
You take a big breath in and look up to notice you've made it to the peak.
And there ahead of you is this bright ball of light.
The sun is high in the sky.
Showering its rays down upon you.
And you stand facing this light.
As you breathe,
You feel a sense of accomplishment washing over you.
And you feel a sense of comfort.
You reach out your hand and this light falls into your palm.
You can feel it's calming but strong presence starting to radiate through you.
You feel it's strength and confidence.
And you know that this is your solar plexus.
The energy of confidence,
Of strength,
Of inner knowing and wisdom.
You take this ball of light and you place it just over your belly button allowing it to absorb into your being.
And as you do your body is charged with confidence,
Strong energy.
This yellow golden light travelling through your entire body.
And as you stand at the top of the mountain and now looking out over how far you've come.
You feel a strong sense of trust,
Of confidence and accomplishment.
You look back and know that for as beautiful as it looks it wasn't always easy.
And it didn't always look this beautiful.
But it all brought you to this space where you could look out and take in the beauty around you with a sense of trust and knowing that you'll always do what's best for you.
And you will always stand tall and strong like the mountain with confidence,
With trust.
You take one more big breath in here and as you exhale you release letting go of anything else that you've been holding onto that isn't yours,
That doesn't serve you.
You gaze up at the sun above you and as it starts its descent to the other side of the mountain you know it's time to leave.
You begin to make your way down the mountain.
The path seems easier this time.
You know where the roots are.
You know which boulders are loose.
And as you make your way down the mountain you breathe and trust in yourself and your inner knowing.
So beginning to bring awareness back to your physical body.
Take a big breath in and a complete breath out.
When you feel ready to you can gently open your physical eyes taking in your surroundings.
And as always I encourage you to journal about your experience.
Perhaps comparing the light of your solar plexus when you started this practice to the color and vibrancy as you ended.
Or simply just allowing for a conscious stream of writing.
Thank you all so much for joining me.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
Namaste.
