Close your eyes.
Place the tip of your tongue where the roof of your mouth and your two front teeth meet.
Relax the back of the tongue to allow air to flow.
Your eyes,
As they are closed,
Float upward toward your third eye,
Located at the center of your forehead.
Imagine a clear blue sky.
The sky is vast.
The sky is continuous.
The sky is limitless.
As you stare at the sky,
You see vanishing clouds.
They continue to vanish and fade away into the blue sky.
You see light peeking through slowly.
The clouds cannot contain the light.
The light makes its way through the clouds.
It is the light of the sun shining upon you.
As your eyes remain closed,
You begin to breathe deeply.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale all your fears and doubts.
As you exhale,
The light from the sun fills you with courage and trust.
Inhale your fears and doubts.
As you exhale,
The sun fills you with courage and trust.

Feel this light.
