This guided meditation is for all levels. It is designed for anyone who may have lost sight of their True Essence. The source beyond the persona, the roles you play or things you have accumulated in life. This meditation can serve as a powerful reminder of who you really are, even though you may have to show up differently day-to-day to fulfill your worldly obligations and responsibilities. This guided meditation will help you center so that you create space between the roles and things and discover who you really are.

Thank you for joining me for today's meditation.

I'm Nikolai Sinclair,

The founder of the Veda Den located in Cherry Hill,

New Jersey.

And I'm grateful that you've decided to take this meditation journey with me,

A journey to discovering who you really are and who you are not.

Let's find a comfortable seat.

A space where you can relax and feel safe.

Turn off your devices.

Minimize any distractions for our time together.

Find a tall spine by lengthening your torso.

But relaxing your shoulders.

Your legs can either be out in front of you or folded in what we call Sukhasana,

Where the shins meet.

And the legs form a bow.

Whatever seat is comfortable for you.

Find it now.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

And just notice your breathing without altering the breath.

Just notice it.

We're going to begin our meditation by taking in a deep inhale through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth.

On the next inhale,

We're going to inhale fully.

But on the exhale,

We're going to recite the mantra,

Om.

If it feels right for you,

Join in.

If not,

Just receive.

Take a deep inhale.

Returning to your breath.

Noticing the belly rising and falling.

With each inhale and exhale.

Start to scan your body,

Starting with the feet.

Noticing the feet.

And breathing.

Relaxation into the feet.

Noticing your ankles.

Your shins.

Your legs.

The knees.

The thighs.

And the hips.

Your entire lower body is now relaxed.

As you notice your belly rising and falling with each inhale and exhale.

As you rest.

At the heart.

Allowing the breath to open the heart.

Bringing your awareness to the throat.

Relaxing the jaw.

Noticing the breath.

The prana flowing through the nose.

You rest at the center of the brow.

The crown of the head.

Your entire body is completely.

Relaxed.

You let go of anything on your to-do list.

You let go of any worries or hurries.

You allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

You allow yourself to connect.

With your heart.

As your eyes are closed and you're connecting with your breath.

You silently ask yourself.

Who am I?

Who am I really?

Beyond name and form.

Who am I really?

Let go of all your titles.

Let go of all of your accolades.

Letting go.

Of all the labels.

And the roles you play in life.

You may be.

A brother.

A sister.

A mother.

A father.

And uncle,

Friend.

We play many roles in life.

But let them go.

Let them go.

And free yourself.

From it all.

Let go of any ideals you may hold.

Any opinions.

Any mindset.

Allow it all to go.

The things you possess the cars.

The houses.

The clothing,

The jewelry.

Let it all go.

Allow yourself.

To be free.

From it all.

You are none of it.

None of these things make you feel whole.

None of these things can bring you.

Everlasting satisfaction.

You are not these things that you possess.

You are not the titles that you hold.

You are not the awards.

The certifications.

The diplomas.

You're none of it.

You are not what people say you are or what people think of you.

You are not what society says of you.

Or how society has labeled you.

You do not fit in a box.

You do not fit in a category.

None of these things are you.

You are not your circumstances.

You are not your past.

You are not your past.

You are not your parents.

You are not.

Your mistakes.

Be free from all of it.

Be free from the experiences.

That bind us.

Be free.

From it all.

We play many roles in life.

We show up in many ways.

But as the actor or plays the role.

And never becomes it.

So is true for us.

So is true for you.

Be free from all of it.

Find rest from all of it.

From all the responsibility that it brings.

From all the demands.

That it brings.

Be free from all of it.

You are none of it.

Truly.

You are not your identity.

You are not your persona.

Be free from all of it.

This is the time that you can be free from all of it.

You can have it all back if you want after.

You experience this freedom.

But allow yourself.

Time to be free.

From all of it.

You are not.

Your skin tone.

You are not.

Any of it.

You are not your body at all.

You can be free from all of it.

Now.

Now silently repeat after me.

I am.

Consciousness.

I am.

Awareness.

I am limit.

I am love.

I am patience.

And I am understanding.

I am vast.

I am whole.

I am.

One with every thing and every one around.

I am that primordial own.

I.

Am.

I am.

I am.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Bring your hands to Namaste mudra or prayer.

And take a bow.

To life.

To love.

To freedom.

Namaste.
