Let's begin.
I'll invite you to find a comfortable seated position or laying down,
And start by taking a look at the space around you and registering the safety in this moment before closing your eyes.
When you're ready,
You may allow your eyes to close and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
As you exhale,
Releasing any tension or stress from your body.
I'll invite you to receive another breath in through your nose and release through your mouth.
One more breath in,
And when you're ready,
Out.
Now let's bring your attention to the present moment.
Allow yourself to feel the weight of your body on the chair or the surface beneath you.
Notice any sensations that are present in your body.
Notice the temperature and any points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Take a few moments here to focus back on your breath,
Feeling the coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Allow your breath to guide you into a state of relaxation and calm.
Now bring to mind a recent dream that you would like to interpret.
Start by visualizing the dream scene as vividly as possible.
Notice the colors,
Shapes,
And any significant details.
Allow the dream to unfold in your mind's eye.
As you hold this dream in your awareness,
Ask yourself,
What emotions did I experience in this dream?
Allow any feelings or sensations associated with the dream to arise without judgment.
Simply observe and acknowledge them.
Now imagine stepping into the dream scene.
All the way in now,
And here you're able to explore the environment and engage with the dream symbols or characters that appear.
Allow your intuition to guide you as you interact with the different elements of the dream.
As you continue to explore the dream,
Take notice of any insights or messages that arise in you.
Trust your inner wisdom to provide you with the meaning behind the symbols and events in the dream.
Pay attention to any recurring themes or patterns that may emerge.
Take a few moments to reflect on the dream and the insights you have gained.
If any actions or changes come to mind based on your interpretation,
Make a mental note of them.
