Join me in an energy transmutation through the heart centre. This meditation will guide you in transmuting and transforming any negative energies using the power of your heart, so you can breathe out love. Your heart is extremely powerful.

You may have done meditations in the past where you breathe in love and light and breathe out all negativity.

We see a lot of this in the spiritual and self-help communities today.

There is this theme within those communities that is all love and light,

Only seeking pleasure and avoiding pain.

And while love and light may sound great,

What happens is many of us become extremely sensitive.

So imagine you walk around and you crave love and connection,

You crave to feel good,

To feel nurtured.

But when you're confronted with problems and negativity and drama,

You just want to avoid it.

We see parallels in our physical manifestation of this on our planet,

With trash and so much environmental harm.

There are so many people out there that don't care,

Just thinking that the world or universe can take it.

Now if you've done the breathe in love and light and breathe out negativity exercises or meditation before,

Don't beat yourself up about this.

We don't practice this with ill will.

But we also don't want to pollute our environment.

So from here on,

You can keep using the same exercise that we will do now.

I will speak a warning.

For some,

This meditation is really intense.

It can create a cascade of intense thoughts and emotions.

When I first did this meditation,

I personally released a lot of emotion.

So just know that if there is intense energy or emotions do come up,

That is perfectly fine and normal.

Take some time after we're done to ground yourself.

You can do this by drinking water or by walking outside,

Barefoot if possible.

If you practice this meditation,

You will train your heart and your perception to be someone who can transmute negativity into love.

It will lead you to a point where someone could verbally attack you,

Angrily scream at you,

Call you names and with love in your face,

You could smile at this person and help them to experience love.

You almost eat their anger.

So what we will do now is breathe in anger,

Hatred,

All of those things.

We will breathe it straight into our heart.

And then we will observe how our heart turns it all into love.

And then we breathe out the love.

And now imagine how in the world can you be love and breathe out anger,

Hatred,

Aggression,

Tension?

Is it even possible?

Think about it.

If you are hatred,

You can breathe hatred out.

If you want to help others,

You breathe in the problems,

The anger,

Despair,

Racism.

You breathe in and you transmute it.

And out of you comes only love.

Imagine what that does to you as a person.

The more you do this,

The more you feel it's just bouncing off of you.

You think about solutions,

Good solutions,

Loving solutions.

So let's dive in.

I'll ask you to close your eyes and put a smile on your face.

Just breathe just comfortably and calm.

Imagine your heart golden like the sun.

It's glowing in your chest.

And imagine in your inner eye how you're smiling at your heart right now.

You can say,

Thank you,

My heart,

For being there for me.

Thank you for doing all the hard work.

And just smile at your heart.

And now imagine all that's bothering you.

All the stress,

All the angers,

All problems.

Breathe them deep into your heart.

Just into your heart like a vortex.

And now you see your heart glowing brighter.

And when you breathe out,

Pure love comes out of you.

All your anger,

All your troubles,

You breathe it into your heart.

And pure love comes out of you.

All the anger into you.

Pure love comes out.

Anger into your heart.

Love comes out of you.

Now start searching around in your mind.

Find all the anger,

Stress,

Problems,

Everything you don't like.

And breathe it in deep.

Deep into your heart.

And now you can see your heart glowing brighter and brighter.

And just love comes out of you.

It's all around you,

Floating in the air.

Stress you breathe in.

And all the love comes out of you.

Stress in.

And love out.

All that has been bothering you.

Even from your childhood,

Youth,

Everything,

Just into your heart.

No matter what it is,

Out comes love.

Breathe out all the love you have.

All problems in.

Golden light out.

As you do this,

You might feel your chest getting warm.

Now all that has ever been said to you,

All angry words,

All aggression,

All your reactions,

All that you don't like,

And everything.

You just breathe into your heart.

And pure love comes out.

All the trauma,

Fights,

Arguments,

Work issues,

Breathe it all in.

And out comes love.

Anger into your heart.

Out comes love.

Golden light swirling around.

And your heart can do this at any scale.

So now I'll ask you to think about your family,

Friends,

Neighbors,

Work colleagues,

All of those people,

All the drama,

Problems,

Marriage problems,

Work problems,

Money problems,

Whatever they have.

Breathe it all into your heart.

I'll take it.

And it comes from all sides.

And out comes pure love.

Breathe in all the drama,

All the fights,

All the arguments,

All that neighbors do.

Take it all in.

Out comes pure love.

All drama in.

All love out.

All problems in.

All love comes out.

Think about your last workplace,

All the people you met there,

All the problems they had.

Just breathe it into your heart.

Out comes pure love.

And each goes back to that.

Breathe in and out.

And now you can widen this.

Imagine the city you're living in,

The entire city.

Imagine clouds coming out of every home,

Clouds from all of those people,

All the drama,

All the anger they feel,

And everything.

And you having this radiant,

Golden,

Amazing heart,

Creating this huge vortex.

And now you breathe in all the drama.

And out comes pure love.

All the problems and anger and arguments and fights.

All the energy of this.

All the negativity.

Breathe into your heart.

And out comes pure love.

You can imagine how the love as it flows out makes people everywhere smile.

As they're walking through the streets,

They're smiling,

Thinking,

Oh,

Where did that love come from?

And it's because one more person in the world loves them.

Take all their negativity,

Problems,

Out comes love.

Now it's getting bigger and bigger.

Imagine the whole country.

Breathe it all in.

All those dark clouds,

All the negativity,

All the problems,

Everything you breathe into your heart.

And out comes golden light of love,

Pure love.

Now place both of your hands on your lap.

Keep your eyes closed and just observe your heart.

Maybe you can even feel or hear your heartbeat.

Your heart is really,

Really calm and strong.

You begin to embody that if there are any problems,

Despair,

Anger,

You can just breathe it into your heart.

And out comes love.

There's nothing ever coming out of you that is not love.

All the problems you just put into your heart and your heart turns them to love.

Everything that we practice gets stronger within us.

If we practice to turn anger and hatred and despair and problems into love,

Solutions,

Friendship,

We will become really good at it.

If we see ourselves breathing in all the problems of the world,

Taking responsibility for everyone's problems in the world.

Breathe it into our heart and breathe out love.

You become strong.

You become strong because you begin to realize that you can transmute that energy of the whole world if you want.

You become strong because you begin to realize that you are not afraid.

You're not afraid of problems.

You're not afraid of anger,

Of hatred,

Of any kind of negativity in the world.

You're ready to take it into your heart and turn it into love.

Because this is who you are.

You do not contribute to anger or hatred to the world.

You take it and turn it into something good.

In your thoughts,

In your actions,

And in your words.

And now in your meditations.

And as you do this,

As you remember when we spoke about it in the beginning,

That you are this pattern.

And as you do this,

You realize that you are this pattern,

This field of intention.

And over the last 10-15 minutes,

Your pattern has changed.

You are now the pattern that has the power to turn negatives into positives.

You are the pattern that has the power,

No matter how strong,

The anger,

The despair,

The problems,

The drama.

No matter how much it is,

You will turn it into love.

That means you will bring nothing else into it.

You don't need to sit and desperately try to get rid of everything negative in you.

Like that.

You do the opposite.

You say,

Bring it on.

You know,

Everyone give all your drama to me.

I can handle it.

Because you surrender to your heart and bring love into the world.

And the more you do this,

You will discover that you will begin incapable in giving anything that is not love and that includes to yourself because all the negativity all the problems you surrender them to your heart and you turn it into love it's what you do you take it in you don't deflect it you don't hide from it you say this is life give it all to me it's not a problem it will shape the very intention of your every thought and the more you practice this daily even if only five or ten minutes the more you practice this it will shape your thoughts your words and your actions you don't have to do anything in addition you don't have to force yourself to change anything it will become a part of who you are if there's a problem I will turn it into love somehow because that's who you are one last sip all the drama of all the people we breathe in into our heart and out love which is now filling the room where you are sitting you may slowly open your eyes rub your hands together raise your arms above your head for a moment take a deep breath in and sigh it out thank yourself for showing up today thank you for joining me and I hope to see you again

Thankyou, I couldn't have found this meditation at a better time. It does sound confronting at first, but is a powerful tool for dealing with the negative things/people in your life. I will be returning to this meditation often. Thankyou again.
