Transcript

Welcome to your mindful moment.

Let's take this time to pause.

Whether you're sitting or standing or laying down.

Notice the points that touch the floor,

The chair or the bed.

Notice those points that support you on the surface,

You're standing or sitting on.

Begin to explore that relationship with the ground,

With that which supports you,

Allowing the weight of the body to release in those points.

So your body becomes heavier,

More relaxed,

More spacious.

And in that spaciousness,

Just start to nurture your breath.

Allowing it to come softer,

Deeper,

Bigger,

Longer,

Whichever one feels natural to you.

Without forcing,

Without effort.

Just allowing the ground to support you and your breath to nurture you.

Being here with yourself,

Allowing the breath to come in,

To create more space and allowing the weight,

The heaviness in the shoulders to release,

Any tightness in the hips to be let go.

Anything you're holding on to,

To be freed up.

Staying here for as long as it feels nourishing,

Without effort,

Without constraints of time or thinking what's next.

Just being here with yourself,

Gently,

Softly,

And with ease.
