I want you to imagine that you're sitting at the base of a metanolia tree a fairly old tree where the roots have popped up from the ground and they go on out into the open.
As you sit there I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth counting slowly on the count of five.
Do this one more time breathing in holding it there for a count of five and slowly release it on the count of five.
Do this one more time filling up your lungs breathing in through your nose and then slowly release it through your mouth.
I want you to imagine that the roots of your spine are just touching down onto the ground and into the roots of the metanolia tree.
As they go down fill them in twine with the roots of the metanolia.
You get a sensation of her wisdom of her walk,
Her love,
Of how she nurtures.
Feel this energy running through your roots and it's gonna go back up with the base of your spine.
It's gonna go through your root chakra and it's gonna go up into your sacral chakra.
It's gonna hang around there for a while.
I want you to sit with the thoughts that you have in your mind where it is that you want to go,
What it is that you want to do,
What it is that you want to be,
What it is that you released under the full moon.
The metanolia tree wants to take away any of your concerns.
She wants to impregnate you with joy for the ideas that you have in your mind.
She wants you to feel that there is hope,
That you can do everything that you set your mind to do,
That there is nothing that can hold you back.
She wants you to have a quick flick,
A little thought of what that would look like.
She just wants you to get that end result in your mind of what it is,
What it could feel like and what it would look like.
Now you've got that thought in your mind,
She now wants you to let it go.
You can send that thought all the way through your body.
So it's from your mind,
Your third eye,
Move it down through your throat,
Speaking what it is that you want.
Make it then go down through to your heart,
Feel your heart beating with all that you want.
Let it move down into your solar plexus,
Let it dance in there for the empowerment that you're getting from it,
The confidence that you're getting from it and how it will be.
And then feel that move down into your sacral chakra and into your root chakra and down then into the macnolial roots.
Now she's going to hold them there and transcend them into the roots.
Down,
Down,
Down into Mother Earth so that you truly grounded everything that you desired.
Just sit for a while,
That sensation of your roots and Mother Magnolia's roots entwined with each other.
Feel the energy moving around,
How it feels to be grounded.
It feels quite solid,
Doesn't feel like you're floating around and swaying this way and that way because you don't really know what to do.
She wants you to feel your mind being put in the present state.
Don't worry about how anything's going to come your way,
Don't worry about how you found it to look.
Just be present now.
Let go of all the thoughts you had before,
All the doubts that you had about achieving what you want.
Magnolia likes us to be present with our thoughts and our ideas.
She likes you to hold on to them like they're seeds and then gradually you watch as they grow into all the things that you want.
As the message from Magnolia was to occasionally fly high like an eagle soaring through the sky.
If you imagine yourself soaring through the sky,
Flying around and seeing the Magnolia tree at a great distance with all your ideas.
As her roots are spread out so these are your ideas.
Look at the pathways that they create,
Can lead in so many different ways.
This is why we're not supposed to try and control it,
We don't know what the future holds.
Doors open all the while but we only see what's in front of us.
So Magnolia says occasionally take your flight,
See the bigger picture,
See the different paths.
Don't focus on any one of them in particular because you never know what's in store.
But every now and again come down and be present.
Go with the flow of how the energy around you is moving.
If you're feeling stuck you could be stuck for a reason because this other door hasn't opened up yet.
Because the person who's supposed to be helping you hasn't realized their part in your life yet.
We can get annoyed at this sticky situation,
We need to just be in the flow.
And as the flow of the Kalandila said for us this month,
Let it be and let it go.
We've just got to trust in the flow.
When you feel you've been here a while or long enough or you want to stay a little longer you may.
When you're ready gather up your roots,
Just feel them pulling back from the Magnolia roots.
Feel them moving in,
Just twine in to the palm of your spine,
Just settling under your root chakra.
Feel your energy coming back to yourself.
Just bringing that energy to yourself,
You can call your name three times if you want to,
Just to make sure it's you coming all back.
And I want you to take a couple of deep breaths in just as you did before.
In through your nose and then out through your mouth slowly in the count of five.
And do that one more time,
Breathing in and slowly releasing it on the count of five.
And on your final inhale,
I want you to feel that energy of the Magnolia,
Feel that grounding,
Get a sense of what it is and how it feels to be with your feet firmly on the ground and kind of in control of yourself now.
And then let it go.
When you feel ready you can open your eyes.
