We will begin by focusing on the first chakra,
The root chakra,
Mooladhara chakra in Sanskrit,
Located at the base of the spine.
This chakra is associated with a sense of grounding and security.
As you breathe,
Imagine a deep red light radiating from this area.
As you inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and brighter,
Filling your entire body with a sense of stability and balance.
Next,
Bring your attention to the second chakra,
The Sakra chakra in Sanskrit,
Svadhisthana chakra,
Located below the belly button.
This chakra is associated with emotion and sexuality.
As you breathe,
Imagine a bright orange light radiating from this area.
As you inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and brighter,
Filling your entire body with a sense of creativity and emotional balance.
Now bring your attention to the third chakra,
The Solar Praxis chakra in Sanskrit,
Manipura chakra,
Located above the belly button.
This chakra is associated with personal power and self-esteem.

As you inhale,

Move on the fourth chakra,
The Heart chakra in Sanskrit,
Anuhata chakra,
Located in the center of the chest.
This chakra is associated with love and compassion.

Focus on the fifth chakra,
The Throat chakra in Sanskrit,

The sixth chakra,

Filling your entire body with a sense of intuition and wisdom.
Finally,
Focus on the seventh chakra,
The Crown chakra in Sanskrit,
Sahasrara chakra,
Located at the top of the head.
This chakra is associated with spiritual connection and enlightenment.
As you breathe,
Imagine a bright violet light radiating from this area.
As you inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and brighter,
Filling your entire body with a sense of spiritual connection and enlightenment.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine all the chakras together in a bright white light,
Each one shining and balanced.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine this white light enveloping your entire body,
Filling you with a sense of balance and harmony.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
You may feel more balanced,
