Hi there.
Thank you so much for taking a moment to be here with me today.
To ground,
Taking a moment to pause in stillness and be present in the moment.
Please come into a comfortable seated position or lying on down.
Whatever feels the most supportive for you.
And gently close down the eyes.
We'll start by taking a few deep breaths in together.
Inhaling through the nose and sighing out the mouth.
This will relax your nervous system.
Inhale.
Last breath.
Bringing your attention and awareness just into your body.
And just being mindful of the thoughts that are coming and going.
Our brain's job is to think.
It's how it keeps us alive.
And we are here just simply as a witness of our thoughts.
Watching them as they come and go.
And being aware of the thoughts that might not serve us in this moment and letting them go as well.
And know that when the mind is tired,
The mind will often create worries to focus on.
Do not attach to those.
Let them pass.
And what I'd like for you to do now is to set an intention for yourself for the rest of the day.
This can be,
I am strong.
I love you.
I forgive you.
I am beautiful.
Whatever intention came to you,
I want you to think that thought and bring that with you for the rest of your day.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
